Claims (15)
- 단일방향으로 배향된 섬유 다발을 포함하는 복수의 섬유층을 적층하여 형성하되, 상기 섬유층들 중에서 상호 접하는 섬유층들의 섬유 다발은 서로 다른 방향을 향하도록 배치되는 원단복합체;상기 원단복합체에 스티칭되어 상기 각 층을 결합시키는 결합사; 및상기 원단복합체의 표면에 형성되는 코팅층을 포함하고,상기 원단복합체는 에폭시 수지에 함침된 후 열압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원단복합체는 5개 내지 7개의 상기 섬유층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 원단복합체에 포함되는 상기 복수의 섬유층들 중 적어도 어느 하나는 아라미드 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 원단복합체에 포함되는 상기 복수의 섬유층들 중 적어도 어느 하나는 카본 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 원단복합체에 포함되는 상기 복수의 섬유층들 중 적어도 어느 하나는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 섬유층들간에 이루는 방향의 각도는 20°내지 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 상기 원단복합체를 150 ~ 190℃에서 열처리 한 후 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 실리콘수지, 불소수지, 아크릴, PVC 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합사는 폴리에스테르를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재.
- a) 단일방향으로 배향된 섬유 다발을 포함하는 복수의 섬유층들을 적층하여 형성하되, 상기 섬유층들 중에서 상호 접하는 섬유층들의 섬유 다발은 서로 다른 방향을 향하도록 배치되는 원단복합체를 형성하는 단계;b) 상기 원단복합체에 결합사를 스티칭하여 상기 각 층을 결합하는 단계;c) 상기 각 층이 결합된 원단복합체를 에폭시 수지에 함침시키고 열압축하는 단계; 및d) 상기 열압축된 원단복합체의 표면에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 다층 막재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계와 상기 d) 단계 사이에상기 결합된 원단복합체를 150 ~ 190℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 실리콘수지, 불소수지, 아크릴, PVC 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 함침, 나이프 코팅 및 스프레이 코팅 중 어느 하나의 방식에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 막재 제조 방법.
