Claims (10)
- 석유계 탄화수소와 수소 혼합물로부터 유황을 제거하는 탈황 단계;상기 탈황된 석유계 탄화수소 유분과 수소혼합물을 분리하는 고압분리 단계;상기 고압분리 단계에서 분리된 석유계 탄화수소 유분을 저압분리기에 통과시켜 초저유황 석유계 탄화수소 및 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물로 분리시키는 단계;상기 저압분리 단계에서 분리된 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물을 저온분리기를 통과시켜 혼합물에 존재하는 경질유분을 분리시키는 단계;상기 저온분리 단계에서 경질유분이 제거된 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물을 황화수소 흡수탑에 통과시켜 수소를 얻는 단계; 및상기 황화수소 흡수탑을 통과한 수소를 상기 탈황 단계로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 석유계 탄화수소 탈황 공정의 수소회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저압분리기의 압력은 25~35kg/cm²g, 온도는 200~260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저온분리기의 온도는 38~50℃이고, 압력은 25~35kg/cm²g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석유계 탄화수소는 비점범위가 180~450℃인 등유, 경유 또는 중유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈황된 석유계 탄화수소의 황 함량이 10 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 석유계 탄화수소와 수소 혼합물로부터 유황을 제거하는 탈황반응기;상기 탈황된 석유계 탄화수소 유분과 수소혼합물을 분리하는 고압분리기;상기 고압분리 단계에서 분리된 석유계 탄화수소 유분을 저압분리기에 통과시켜 초저유황 석유계 탄화수소 및 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물로 분리시키는 저압분리기;상기 저압분리 단계에서 분리된 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물을 저온분리기를 통과시켜 혼합물에 존재하는 경질유분을 분리시키는 저온분리기;상기 저온분리 단계에서 경질유분이 제거된 수소와 황화수소의 혼합물을 황화수소 흡수탑에 통과시켜 수소를 얻는 황화수소 흡수탑; 및상기 황화수소 흡수탑을 통과한 수소를 상기 탈황 단계로 재순환시키는 장치를 포함하는 석유계 탄화수소 탈황 공정의 수소회수 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 저압분리기의 압력은 25~35kg/cm²g , 온도는 200~260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 저온분리기의 온도는 38~50℃이고, 압력은 25~35kg/cm²g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 석유계 탄화수소는 비점범위가 180~450℃인 등유, 경유 또는 중유인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탈황반응기를 통과한 석유계 탄화수소의 황 함량이 10 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
