- 삭제
- 폴리에스테르 난연심재에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에스테르 견면사이에 고밀도폴리에스테르 견면이 배치되어 삼중구조로 이루어지되상기 삼중구조는 저밀도 폴리에스테르 견면은 두께 30~40㎜, 밀도 18~22㎏/㎥, 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면이 두께 5~15㎜, 밀도 40~60㎏/㎥이고, 난연심재의 전체 단면적에서 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면의 단면적이 5-20%이며, 난연제가 함침 또는 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연심재.
- 폴리에스테르 난연심재의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 열융착성 폴리에스테르 섬유와 일반 폴리에스테르 섬유를 혼섬 및 카딩하여 웹을 형성하는 공정,(b) 상기 웹을 다수의 층으로 적층하여 성형하는 공정,(c) 상기 성형공정에서 얻어진 밀도 18~22㎏/㎥인 저밀도 폴리에스테르 견면사이에 밀도 40~60㎏/㎥의 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면을 삽입하되 저밀도 폴리에스테르 견면은 두께 30~40㎜, 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면은 두께 5~15㎜로 하며, 난연심재의 전체 단면적에서 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면의 단면적이 5-20%가 되도록 삽입하는 공정,d) 상기 성형된 웹을 오븐에서 열처리하고 히팅프레스롤러를 통과시켜 삼중구조 견면층을 제조하는 공정 및e) 상기 삼중구조의 견면층을 소정의 크기로 절단하고 난연처리제를 부여한 후 건조 및 발포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연심재의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (c)공정에서 저밀도 폴리에스테르 견면 사이에 삽입되는 고밀도 폴리에스테르 견면은 성형공정에서 준비된 것 또는 별도로 준비된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연심재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2기재의 폴리에스테르 난연심재를 일정간격으로 절단하여 90도 회전시킨 후 횡배열한 수직결심재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
