Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a precast concrete hollow slab-type transverse connecting box girder and a bridge construction method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lateral distribution structure in which the lateral distribution structure is all over the girder, unlike the prior art. By doing so, not only a separate workbench is required, but also the work is simple and easy, so that the construction is efficient and the risk of the worker is minimized.
For this purpose, the lateral load distribution, the shear resistance, and the lateral spreading prevention by the connecting steel sheet are all made in one L-shaped connecting portion.
The structure of the present invention as described above is a simple and easy connection work is not only shorten the air, but also suitable and useful technology for rapid bridge construction requiring an emergency.
In modern bridge construction, it is common to manufacture precast concrete beams (or girders) at the factory and transport them to the site. Since the girder production is not a site casting but a factory production, it is not only excellent in quality but also less concrete in the field, thereby simplifying site construction and reducing the risk of construction work.
In particular, there is a prior art Patent No. 10-0566720 regarding the "slab type bridge" using a precast hollow concrete girder.
The term “slab type bridge” refers to a bridge that performs both girder and slab functions simultaneously. It is a bridge in which the upper surface part of a girder turns into a slab using the box shape.
In other words, unlike the conventional girder that used only as a girder, the upper surface of the precast hollow concrete girder is a bridge that becomes a slab. That is, since the upper part of the girder is directly slab, it is a bridge in which the site casting of slab concrete that is placed on the girder is omitted.
“Slab type bridge” has the advantage of lowering the bridge's height because the slab concrete is omitted.
As such, the “slab type bridge” using the precast hollow concrete girder is suitable for the rapid construction of bridges that require an emergency because the construction period is shortened, unlike the conventional girder bridge method in which the slab is placed on the girder. This also has the advantage of reducing operator risk.
First, the prior art of the "slab type bridge" using the precast hollow concrete girder of the Patent No. 10-0566720 is as follows.
Precast concrete girder (2) prefabricated in the factory has a
Since the upper part of the
Precast concrete girder (2) produced in the factory is transported to the construction site, and then installed in parallel as shown in Figures 2 and 3 on the shift or piers (20).
After installing the
The
Next, the problems with the "slab type bridge" of the prior art are as follows.
Box girders with hollows have a high torsional stiffness, unlike type I girders, which do not cause torsion problems.
However, consideration should be given to the distribution of loads in the transverse direction, the shear forces, and the girder spread in parallel.
First, the load distribution in the transverse direction is examined.
For example, it is assumed that five
However, if the load placed on the center girder distributes 30-50% of the load on both sides of the center girder, the cross section of the center girder will be reduced by 30-50%.
The greater the lateral load is distributed in the lateral direction, the more the girder is divided evenly, resulting in an economical design.
In this respect, the lateral load distribution structure of the prior art is performed by the
This is because the
Since the
This spreading phenomenon occurs largely when the girder receives a large centrifugal force due to the speed of the vehicle on the curved bridge.
By the way, all work related to the
Therefore, for the insertion, tensioning and fixing of the
Second, look at the cast-in-place concrete between the girder (2) and the girder (2) of the prior art.
The prior art is a structure in which cast-in-place concrete is poured between
This is because the shear force resistance of the prior art is a structure dependent on the adhesion force by the cast-in-place concrete.
The
As described above, since the resistance to the shear force is a structure that depends on the attachment force of the cast-in-
⒜ The present invention does not require a separate workbench, as well as the work is easy and easy to install because the lateral distribution structure is made in the girder, unlike the prior art made on the side aerial of the girder The goal is to minimize the risk,
⒝ In addition, the horizontal distribution structure is simple, so the installation work is easy, and the lateral load distribution is sure, the shear resistance is large, and the girder is prevented from opening laterally, and thus has a different purpose.
Unlike the prior art, which depends on the adhesive force of concrete placed between the girder and the girder, there is another purpose to make the structure of resistance to shear force by the steel sheet for connection instead of placing the concrete in the field.

The asphalt or concrete pavement layer is the same as the installation of a conventional pavement layer after the step ⒠. Asphalt or concrete pavement layer is preferably installed in 50 ~ 80mm thickness on the upper surface of the girder (100).

On the other hand, the L-shaped connecting
