The piezoelectric sensor module is an energy conversion device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The piezoelectric sensor module is applied to a level transmitter that continuously measures the water level or flow in a ballast tank, a water tank and an oil tank for ships.
Briefly describing the structure of the piezoelectric sensor module, a body portion having a piezoelectric element mounted thereon, a cover member disposed on an upper side of the piezoelectric element to cover the piezoelectric element, and located between the body portion and the cover member, the body portion. However, when the piezoelectric sensor module is applied to a level transmitter that continuously measures the water level or flow in a ballast tank, a water tank and an oil tank for ships, the joint member made of metal material is corroded. There is. In addition, the piezoelectric element may be damaged by high temperature heat during the brazing process of the metal material. In addition, the joining member made of a metal material has a weak durability and may be damaged by an external physical force.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention bonds a body part having a piezoelectric element attached thereto to a cover member disposed above the piezoelectric element using an adhesive mixed with ceramic powder and a hardener, thereby providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
The adhesive 400 serves to bond the
The
4A to 4D are cross-sectional views sequentially illustrating a method of bonding the body part and the cover member using the adhesive according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 4A, the
Referring to FIG. 4B, the
Referring to FIG. 4C, the adhesive 400 is applied to the edge region of the upper portion of the
Referring to FIG. 4D, the adhesive 400 is applied to the upper portion, and the
