Abstract
The present invention relates to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker, comprising: a frame in which a circuit breaker main body is disposed on an upper side thereof, a change lever coupled to a frame to interlock rotation of an input position and a blocking position in conjunction with closing and closing operations of the breaker main body, and a frame. An interlock bar coupled to the frame so as to be movable up and down, rotatably coupled to the frame, the interlock lever connected to one side of the interlock bar to raise and lower the interlock bar, and disposed between the change lever and the inter lock lever, and the interlock lever is raised by the change lever. And a locking unit that rotates between a locking position for suppressing the locking position and a release position where the interlock lever can be lifted. Thereby, a welding time can be shortened and manufacturing time can be shortened and manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Description
The present invention relates to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker, and more particularly, to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker that can shorten the welding location, shorten the manufacturing time and reduce the manufacturing cost.
As is well known, a circuit breaker is an electrical protection device provided between a power supply and a load device so as to protect the load device and the line from possible accident currents (large current due to short circuit, ground fault, etc.) in the electric circuit.
These circuit breakers are classified according to the arc voltage for extinguishing the voltage or arc used, and vacuum circuit breakers and gas circuit breakers are widely used as high pressure circuit breakers.
A vacuum circuit breaker is a device for protecting circuits and devices that quickly disconnects the arc by firing an arc generated during normal load switching and breaking of an accident current in a so-called VUCUM INTERRUPTER.
Such a vacuum circuit breaker may be classified into a fixed type that is fixedly arranged according to an installation form, and a pull-out type that is retractably arranged with respect to the cradle. The draw-out type vacuum circuit breaker is widely used for testing and maintenance.
The draw-out type vacuum circuit breaker includes a circuit breaker main body including an opening / closing mechanism for opening and closing a circuit, a control unit represented by an overcurrent relay, and a terminal portion, and an external power source and a load side, and the circuit breaker main body can be connected to a lead-in, test or draw-out position. Accordingly, it may be configured to include a cradle (cradle) having a terminal portion that can be connected or disconnected to the terminal portion of the breaker body.
The draw-out vacuum circuit breaker may include a draw-out device for drawing in or out of the breaker body.
The draw-out vacuum circuit breaker may be provided with an interlock device to prevent the breaker body from being accidentally moved with respect to the cradle when the breaker body is inserted.
By the way, in the conventional vacuum circuit breaker, the components of the interlock device are welded, which not only takes a lot of time during welding, but also causes deformation of components due to high heat by welding.
Accordingly, the present invention relates to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker that can reduce the welding location, shorten the manufacturing time, and reduce the manufacturing cost.
The present invention, in order to achieve the object as described above, the frame is disposed on the circuit breaker main body; A change lever coupled to the frame to interlock the closing position and blocking position in conjunction with closing and closing operations of the breaker main body; An interlock bar coupled to the frame to be elevated; An interlock lever rotatably coupled to the frame and connected to one side of the interlock bar to lift the interlock bar; And a locking unit disposed between the change lever and the interlock lever, the locking unit pivoting between a locking position for suppressing the rise of the interlock lever and a release position for raising the interlock lever by the change lever. To provide an interlock device.
Here, the connecting pin formed on any one of the change lever and the locking unit, it may be configured to include a connection pin receiving portion formed on the other of the change lever and the locking unit to accommodate the connection pin.
The connection pin may be formed in the locking unit, and the connection pin accommodation portion may be formed in the change lever.
The connection pin accommodation portion may be formed so that one side is open so that the connection pin can be inserted from one side along the longitudinal direction of the change lever.
The frame may include a top plate part and a bottom plate part spaced up and down, a side plate part disposed between the top plate part and the bottom plate part, and the interlock lever may be coupled to the bottom plate part.
The bottom plate portion may include a support member for supporting the interlock lever, and the support member may be coupled to the bottom plate portion.
The bottom plate may be provided with a guide for guiding the lifting and lowering of the interlock bar.
The upper plate part may include a locking unit support part for supporting the locking unit, and the locking unit support part may include a rotation shaft for rotatably supporting the locking unit.
As described above, according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the welding lever can be reduced by configuring the change lever, the interlock bar, the interlock lever, and the locking unit in the frame. Thereby, manufacturing time can be shortened and the component deformation by the high heat which arises at the time of welding can be suppressed.

Claims (8)
A change lever coupled to the frame to interlock the closing position and blocking position in conjunction with closing and closing operations of the breaker main body;
