Claims (5)
- 스트립 용접부(L)의 정렬 상태를 감지하는 정렬감지센서(10); 스트립(S)이 이동되는 이송프레임(F)에 착탈가능하게 매설된 이동롤러(20); 상기 이동롤러(20)의 회전축(22) 양 끝단에 각각 결합되어 상기 이동롤러(20)를 승하강시키는 구동수단(30); 상기 구동수단(30)에 결합되어 상기 이동롤러(20)의 승하강 정도를 감지하는 포지션센서(40); 및 상기 포지션센서(40)로부터 전달받은 이동롤러(20)의 승하강 높이를 비교하여 스트립(S)의 쏠림의 정도를 판별하는 판별부(50)를 포함하고,상기 이동롤러(20)의 회전축(22)과 구동수단(30)은 케이블(C)을 매개로 연결되고, 상기 케이블(C)은 상하 방향으로 길게 형성된 가이드레일(60)에 의해 안내되며, 상기 구동수단(30)은 실린더로드(32)와 실린더(34)를 포함하되, 상기 실린더로드(32)의 일단에는 연결바(B)를 매개로 상기 포지션센서(40)가 연결되고, 이러한 포지션센서(40)의 일측은 고정프레임(90)에 힌지결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 용접부의 쏠림 판별 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 이동롤러(20)의 회전축(22)에는 상기 가이드레일(60)의 폭과 대응되는 외경을 갖고 중앙이 통공된 가이드롤러(70)가 끼워져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 용접부의 쏠림 판별 장치.
