Abstract
본 발명의 구성은 표면에 조밀하게 탈수홀이 형성된 스크린을 구비한 외측튜브와; 상기 외측튜브 내에 설치되어 일측단에서 축결합된 스크류샤프트 구동모터에 의해 회전하는 스크류샤프트 및 이 스크류샤프트 둘레에 형성되어 슬러지를 이송하는 나선형 스크류날개로 이루어진 스크류;로 구성된 스크류프레스에 있어서, 상기 외측튜브와 직경이 동일하게 가공된 스크류샤프트가 이루는 공간부인 저압부에 설치된 스크류샤프트(51) 둘레에 형성된 스크류날개(56)는 슬러지 진행방향쪽 면인 스크류날개 전면(56a)에 슬러지에 대한 이송력 및 압축력을 증대시키는 가압돌출부(1)가 돌출 형성하고, 상기 외측튜브와 직경이 점차로 커지게 가공된 스크류샤프트가 이루는 공간부인 고압부에 설치된 스크류샤프트(51) 둘레에 형성된 스크류날개(56)는 민자 표면을 가지게 형성한 저압부에 가압 돌출부를 구비한 스크류프레스를 발명의 특징으로 한다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 가압돌출부가 형성된 스크류날개가 스크류샤프트에 형성된 것을 보인 사시도이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 가압돌출부가 형성된 스크류날개의 회전시 슬러지에 작용하는 가압력 방향을 보인 예시도이고,
도 4는 종래 세척수단을 구비한 스크류프레스를 보인 단면 예시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 표면에 조밀하게 탈수홀이 형성된 스크린을 구비한 외측튜브와; 상기 외측튜브 내에 설치되어 일측단에서 축결합된 스크류샤프트 구동모터에 의해 회전하는 스크류샤프트 및 이 스크류샤프트 둘레에 형성되어 슬러지를 이송하는 나선형 스크류날개로 이루어진 스크류;로 구성되고, 상기 외측튜브 내에 설치된 스크류샤프트는 슬러지 배출구까지는 동일 직경으로 가공하여 외측튜브와 이루는 공간이 슬러지에 대한 압축력이 작은 저압부로, 슬러지 배출구 이후부터 고형분 배출구쪽으로는 점차 직경이 커지게 경사가공하여 외측튜브와 이루는 공간이 슬러지에 압축력이 점차로 커지는 고압부로 구성하여 투입된 슬러지가 스크류 회전에 따라 이송하면서 농축 및 수분의 탈수작용이 일어나도록 구성된 스크류프레스에 있어서,
상기 외측튜브와 직경이 동일하게 가공된 스크류샤프트가 이루는 공간부인 저압부에 설치된 스크류샤프트 둘레에 형성된 스크류날개는 슬러지 진행방향쪽 면인 스크류날개 전면에 슬러지에 대한 이송력 및 압축력을 증대시키는 가압돌출부가 돌출 형성하고,
상기 외측튜브와 직경이 점차로 커지게 가공된 스크류샤프트가 이루는 공간부인 고압부에 설치된 스크류샤프트 둘레에 형성된 스크류날개는 민자 표면을 가지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압부에 가압 돌출부를 구비한 스크류프레스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가압돌출부는 분절된 복수개의 개별 가압돌출부가 스크류날개의 나선방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 이격 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 저압부에 가압 돌출부를 구비한 스크류프레스.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 개별 가압돌출부의 형상은 스크류날개의 연속적인 나선면을 따라 가면서 일측으로 기울어진 나선(spiral) 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저압부에 가압 돌출부를 구비한 스크류프레스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가압돌출부의 돌출높이는 동일축상의 이웃하는 스크류날개간의 피치 거리를 1로 기준시 0.1 ~ 0.3 피치가 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저압부에 가압 돌출부를 구비한 스크류프레스.
