Claims (8)
- 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판에 있어서,유리 기판 및 상기 유리 기판 상면 및/또는 하면에 지지체가 라미네이트 되며, 상기 유리 기판의 두께가 10~400㎛인 규산염유리이며, 상기 유리 기판 및 지지체 사이의 중간 접착층은 자외선 경화형수지 조성물인 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 접착물질인 것을 특징인 디스플레이 기판으로서, 상기 디스플레이 기판의 광투과도가 86 내지 93%, 산소 투과도가 3×10-3 내지 7×10-3 cc/㎡/day, 수증기 투과도가 4×10-4 내지 8×10-4 g/㎡/day인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 규산염유리는 규산유리 또는 칼륨석회유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지체는 두께가 10~200㎛인 광학필름으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판.
- 제3항에 있어서상기 광학필름은 폴리에틸렌나트탈레이트(PEN), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리에틸렌술폰(PES), 투명형 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리아릴레이트(PAR), 폴리싸이클릭올레핀(PCO), 가교형 에폭시, 가교형 우레탄필름으로 이루어진 군에서 1이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 디스플레이 기 판.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,플렉시블 기판의 휨 방지에 용이한 지지체로 라미네이트 된 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,플렉시블 기판의 허용 가능한 곡률반경은 30mm~70mm인 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판.
