Claims (5)
- 구속층과 수지층으로 이루어지는 제진재로서, 구속층이 무기재로 구성되고, 수지층의 유기 질량이 1.0 kg/㎡ 이하이며, 상기 수지층은, 염소 함량이 20∼70 중량%이고 중량 평균 분자량이 40만 이상인 염소 함유 열가소성 수지 100 중량부와, 평균 탄소수가 12∼50이고 염소화도가 30∼75 중량%인 염소화파라핀 200∼1000 중량부로 이루어지는 수지 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제진재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선박에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제진재.
- 구속층과 수지층으로 이루어지는 제진재가 수지층측에서 구성재의 일부 또는 전부를 피착체로 하여 피착되고, 구속층이 무기재로 구성되며, 수지층의 유기 질량이 1.0 kg/㎡ 이하이고, 피착체에 상기 제진재가 피착된 상태에서의 손실 계수가 0.1 이상이며, 상기 수지층은, 염소 함량이 20∼70 중량%이고 중량 평균 분자량이 40만 이상인 염소 함유 열가소성 수지 100 중량부와, 평균 탄소수가 12∼50이고 염소화도가 30∼75 중량%인 염소화파라핀 200∼1000 중량부로 이루어지는 수지 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제진 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 선박에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제진 구조물.
- 구속층과 수지층으로 이루어지는 제진재가 구속층측의 데크 콤포지션층과 수지층측의 마루 강판에 의해 샌드위치되고, 구속층이 무기재로 구성되며, 수지층의 유기 질량이 1.0 kg/㎡ 이하이고, 상기 샌드위치 상태에서의 손실 계수가 0.1 이상이며, 상기 수지층은, 염소 함량이 20∼70 중량%이고 중량 평균 분자량이 40만 이상인 염소 함유 열가소성 수지 100 중량부와, 평균 탄소수가 12∼50이고 염소화도가 30∼75 중량%인 염소화파라핀 200∼1000 중량부로 이루어지는 수지 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 제진 구조물.
