Claims (5)
- 평판형 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판에 있어서, 기판인 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판 표면에 OAE(Oxygen Active Elements) 금속 원소가 진공증착된 OAE 코팅층 및 상기 OAE 코팅층 위에 코발트(Co)가 도금된 코발트 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 OAE 원소는 Y 또는 La임을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 OAE 코팅층의 두께는 50 내지 500㎚이고, 코발트 코팅층의 두께는 2 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판.
- 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판을 챔버 내부에 안착하고, Cu 도가니 안에 OAE원소를 장입한 후, 전자빔 증착법으로 상기 OAE 원소를 증발시켜 상기 강판 표면에 OAE 원소를 코팅하는 단계; 및CoSO4·7H2O, Na2PO2·2H2O, C4H4Na2O6·2H2O, H2BO3를 포함하는 도금 용액을 사용하여 상기 OAE 금속이 코팅된 강판에 코발트(Co) 금속을 무전해 도금법으로 도금 하는 단계를 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 OAE 원소를 코팅하는 단계에서 상기 강판의 온도를 300℃까지 상승시키고, 진공도를 5×10-5torr 이하로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 분리판 제조방법.
