Claims (6)
- 풍력발전기의 나셀의 내부에 설치되고, 로터의 회전속도를 증속시키는 기어박스에 있어서,상기 기어박스(30);는하우징(31)의 내측으로 상기 로터(20)와 결합되어 로터(20)에 의해 발생된 회전속도를 증가시키는 1단 증속부(32)가 구비되고, 상기 1단 증속부(32)의 전방측에 상기 1단 증속부(32)의 회전속도를 증가시키는 2단 증속부(33)가 구비되며, 상기 1단 증속부(32)의 후방 측으로 상기 2단 증속부(33)의 회전속도를 증가시키는 3단 증속부(34)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 1단 증속부(32)는,상기 로터(20)의 회전에 의해 하우징(31)이 회전 작동되도록 하되, 상기 하우징(31)의 내측면에 형성되는 1단 링기어(321)와,상기 1단 링기어(321)의 내측으로 상기 1단 링기어(321)와 맞물림 회전되는 다수의 1단 위성기어(322)와,상기 1단 위성기어(322)의 내측에 상기 1단 위성기어(322)와 맞물림 회전되고 상기 1단 링기어(321)와 동일한 회전중심을 갖는 1단 태양기어(323)를 포함하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 2단 증속부(33)는,상기 1단 태양기어(323) 보다 큰 직경으로 형성되되 상기 1단 태양기어(323)의 전방측에 일체로 결합되어 회전되는 2단 링기어(331)와,상기 2단 링기어(331)의 내측으로 상기 2단 링기어(331)와 맞물림 회전되는 다수의 2단 위성기어(332)와,상기 2단 위성기어(332)의 내측에 상기 2단 위성기어(332)와 맞물림 회전되고 상기 2단 링기어(331)와 동일한 회전중심을 갖는 2단 태양기어(333)를 포함하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 3단 증속부(34)는,상기 2단 태양기어(333) 보다 큰 직경으로 형성되되 상기 1단 증속부(32)의 후방측에 상기 2단 태양기어(333)와 일체로 결합되어 회전되는 3단 휠기어(341)와,상기 3단 휠기어(341)와 맞물림 회전되고 일측면에 상기 하우징(31)의 외측으로 돌출되는 출력축(343)이 결합된 출력기어(342)를 포함하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서상기 하우징(31)의 전면에 로터(20)가 일체로 결합되는 로터고정부(311)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(31)의 전면 중앙부에 로터(20)가 결합되는 입력축(312)이 일체로 돌출 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기용 기어박스.
