Claims (6)
- a) 스페리존 공정(Spherizone process)에 의해 생산된 2개의 융점을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체를 건조하는 단계;b) 상기 건조된 폴리프로필렌 공중합체와 발포제를 압출기에 넣고 고압으로 용융압출하면서, 냉각장치를 사용하여 압출물을 냉각시키는 연속 압출 발포 공정에 의해 높은 융점(Tm1)과 낮은 융점(Tm2)의 두 개의 융점을 갖으며, 닫힌셀이 형성된 비드 발포체를 연속적으로 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 발포된 비드 발포체를 성형틀에 투입한 후, Tm1과 Tm2사이의 온도에서 2 ~ 5 기압으로 가압하여 높은 융점(Tm1)과 낮은 융점(Tm2)의 두 개의 융점을 갖는 성형체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계에서 폴리프로필렌 공중합체에 첨가제를 투입하여 펠렛으로 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계의 발포 시 발포제는 질소, 프로판, 부탄, 이소프렌, 이산화탄소 및 프레온가스에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 또는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 펠렛 100 중량부에 대하여, 핵제를 0.1 ~ 10 중량부 더 함유하는 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 핵제는 탈크, TiO2 또는 하이드로세롤(hydroceroll)을 사용하는 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 2개의 융점을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체는 높은 융점(Tm1)과 낮은 융점(Tm2)의 차이가 4 ~ 12℃인 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
