Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electronic device inspection apparatus for inspecting whether an electronic device is defective.
The light emitting device is a kind of electronic device that converts electricity into light, and a light emitting diode (LED) may be a representative example. Light emitting diodes have the advantages of low power consumption and long lifespan compared to fluorescent or incandescent lamps, and are simple in structure and easy to mass produce, and relatively inexpensive. Such light emitting diodes are manufactured through an epi process, a fabrication process, and a package process. In each manufacturing process, defective products are caused by various unexpected causes. If the defective product generated in each manufacturing process is not properly removed, the defective product is unnecessarily passed through a subsequent process, thereby lowering the production efficiency. Therefore, after the chip process or the package process is completed, an electronic device inspection apparatus is used to measure the optical properties of the products manufactured in each process to check for defects.
A conventional electronic device inspection apparatus will now be described with reference to FIG. 1. The conventional electronic
The present invention provides an electronic device inspection apparatus that can receive light emitted from an electronic device without loss and accurately measure the optical characteristics of the electronic device, thereby accurately inspecting whether the electronic device is defective.

And a deformation module for deforming the stretchable film to bring the device closer to the photometer.
The electronic device inspecting apparatus may further include a moving module configured to move the support frame so that the electronic device under test is positioned directly under the optical measuring device.
The electronic device inspecting apparatus may further include a sensor configured to measure a measurement position of the electronic device under measurement or a gap between the photometer and the electronic device under measurement.
According to the electronic device inspection apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the measurement position is changed so as to be close to the optical measuring device without placing the electronic device selected from the electronic devices on the same plane as other adjacent electronic devices. The light emitted from the side can be received without loss. Therefore, the light receiving amount of the electronic device under measurement is increased to accurately measure optical characteristics, thereby accurately inspecting whether the electronic device is defective.

In the embodiments of the present invention, a light emitting device, in particular, a light emitting diode is described as an electronic device. However, the electronic device is not limited to this, and semiconductor chips or other small and thin products may be used as inspection targets. In addition, in the embodiments of the present invention, the light emitting diode before the package process is an inspection object, but the light emitting diode after the package process may also be an inspection object.
2 to 9, the electronic
The
In addition, although not shown, the upper surface of the
The moving
The seating table 310 may have a rectangular frame or a rectangular ring shape having an inner side corresponding to the shape of the
The first horizontal
The vertical
As shown in FIG. 7, the hollow part S 1 , which is an empty space, is provided inside the moving
The deformation module 400 (refer to FIG. 7) is driven in the vertical direction (z direction) in the hollow part S 1 in the moving
In the process of sequentially measuring the optical properties of the plurality of light emitting
According to the
In addition to such a contact method, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the stretching
According to the electronic device inspection apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device under measurement is changed by changing the measurement position so as to be close to the photometer without placing the electronic device selected from the plurality of electronic devices on the same plane as other adjacent electronic devices.
