Description

하이드로겔을 이용한 아토피 치료용 패치의 제조방법{METHOD FOR PREPARATING ATOPY PATCH USING A HYDROGEL}METHOD FOR PREPARATING ATOPY PATCH USING A HYDROGEL}

The present invention relates to a method for producing atopic dermatitis patch using a hydrogel, by converting the gel functional hydrogel in a sol state, that is, a liquid state in response to skin temperature to continuously deliver the atopic treatment ingredients to the affected area continuously It relates to a method for producing atopic dermatitis patch using a hydrogel.

Atopy is the name of 'natural insensitivity' in 1925 to the 'Coca' of the United States of certain kinds of human beings. Allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma and rhinitis, affect more than 20% of the world's population, especially in developing countries.

In particular, there are more than 50 million allergic patients in the United States alone, and the market for antihistamines consumed annually is about $ 5 billion a year. According to the data on domestic atopic dermatitis, allergic diseases have recently increased rapidly, and atopic dermatitis in children over 7 years old in Korea has increased significantly compared to 10 years ago.

Most of them heal naturally during the early years of childhood or childhood, but in recent years, they have been able to continue their social life. For atopic dermatitis, steroids, antihistamines, corticosteroids, and antibiotics are used in secondary infections, but these are mainly raw materials in the pharmaceutical field. Using only to approach the concept of relieving dryness of atopic skin rather than the treatment of diseases mainly.

Conventional products for the treatment of atopic dermatitis are in the form of ointments or creams, which are not only accompanied by pain when applied to the skin, but also due to the high flowability of the ointment applied to the topical area, which is caused by external flow and external contact. Ointment is often wiped out. That is, the leakage of this ointment not only reduces the therapeutic effect but also causes visual and tactile discomfort.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail a method for producing a patch for treating atopic using the hydrogel of the present invention.

Atopic patch using a hydrogel according to the present invention is used to attach to the affected area for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, it is prepared in the form of commonly used pars.

The patch is equipped with a functional hydrogel in a gel state, and due to the structure of laminated urethane and nonwoven fabrics, the effect of remarkably improved compared to the existing atopic treatments by continuous dissolution into the affected area while suppressing evaporation of the atopic treatment components even during long-term use. Will be obtained.

Looking at the method for producing a patch for atopic treatment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, the adhesive step of the urethane (10) and the nonwoven fabric 20, the functional hydrogel composition step, the functional hydrogel coating step, the film It consists of the attaching step, the aging and drying step, and the cutting step.

The urethane 10 may be air-ventilated, but has a high tensile strength and durability by using a functional urethane made of a structure capable of air ventilation itself. These functional urethanes are inexpensive and have the advantage of not having to form a separate through-hole for the air due to its own air vent function.

The urethane 10 of the present invention may be a thermoplastic polyurethane or a thermosetting polyurethane, and may be a urethane material having a ventilation function.

The nonwoven fabric 20 is not limited to its organizational structure, and may include a unidirectional nonwoven fabric or a bidirectional nonwoven fabric, and a composite nonwoven fabric in which threads are woven.

In the bonding step, the urethane 10 and the nonwoven fabric 20 are laminated by bonding with the adhesive 15, in which the nonwoven fabric 20 is in close contact after applying the adhesive 15 to one surface of the urethane 10. Laminate and bond.

As the adhesive 15, hot melt may be used.

In addition, the functional hydrogel 25 is applied to one surface of the nonwoven fabric 20 or one surface of the release film 30, and the functional hydrogel 25 has 0.1 to 5 weight of an atopic therapeutic ingredient in 100 parts by weight of the hydrogel. The admixture is formulated.

Since the functional hydrogel 25 is in a sol state, when applied to the nonwoven fabric 20, the hydrogel 25 flows down, and most of the functional hydrogel 25 is separated from the nonwoven fabric 20. It is formed in a gel state to relieve the discomfort such as buried.

That is, the sol functional hydrogel 25 is subjected to the step of aging and drying to form a gel state after application, and after this step, the non-woven fabric to which the functional hydrogel 25 of the gel state is applied ( The film and urethane are attached to one side and the other side, respectively).

When the functional hydrogel 25 is aged, it may be aged at a temperature of 50 to 80 ° C. for 2 to 4 days, and then dried for 1 to 3 days.

After applying the functional hydrogel 25 in the sol state is subjected to the step of laminating the film 30 to the nonwoven fabric 20 through a rolling machine, and then undergoes the aging and drying step.

In the cutting step is to cut to the shape of the patch (rectangle, triangle, circle, etc.) to be produced in the drying is completed.

Here, the hydrogel used in the present invention is a substance configured to respond to the skin temperature is made to deliver the atopic therapeutic ingredient to the skin by body temperature, 40 to 60% by weight of polyacrylic acid, 10 to 40% by weight of Glycerin, It is composed of 10 to 40% by weight of water, 1 to 10% by weight of sodium hydroxide, 0.1 to 3% by weight of Agar, and 0.1 to 3% by weight of Polysorbate60.

At this time, the sodium hydroxide melts the hydrogel in a gel state in response to body temperature, ie, skin temperature, and changes the fluid state into a fluid state.

Therefore, when the patch of the present invention is attached, it is blocked from the outside by the urethane laminated on the nonwoven fabric to maintain the gel state without reacting sensitively to the outside temperature, in this state hydrogel by the skin temperature, that is, body temperature This reaction allows the gel to change the functional hydrogel in the fluid state to infiltrate the affected area with the atopic therapeutic ingredients mixed together in the hydrogel.

Here, the atopy treatment component to be mixed in the hydrogel of the present invention is the hydrogel using elm extract, Echo extract, Japoncho extract, Geumchocho extract, licorice extract, cypress extract, Aloe vera extract, lettuce extract The atopy treatment ingredient may be mixed in one or two or more.

[Table 1] and [Table 2] below are the tables showing the dissolution test results of the atopy treatment component of the present invention. [Table 1] and [Table 2], the measurement of the eluted atopy treatment component (active ingredient) It can be seen that the value is increased by ⅓ or more after 2 hours compared to 1 hour, which is a result of the hydrogel, urethane and nonwoven fabric laminated in the present invention.

As such, the patch of the present invention is to allow the atopic therapeutic ingredient to be eluted even if used for 2 to 3 hours or more, the structure or composition of the general patch can not expect the same effect as the present invention.

In particular, the general patch is difficult to obtain the effect for a long time because the atopy treatment component is responsive to the outside temperature or easily evaporated into the air, and most of the atopic treatment component is lost within 1 hour, but the patch of the present invention is continuously effective for a long time. It is possible.

On the other hand, the patch of the present invention can be produced to have a particular color, in this case, the processing step of dyeing the urethane 10 or nonwoven fabric 20 before the bonding step of bonding the urethane 10 and the nonwoven fabric 20 Just go through.

At this time, the urethane 10 or non-woven fabric 20 can be dyed in a variety of colors, in addition to dyeing can be printed by silk printing to bring out the color.

In addition, the urethane 10 or the nonwoven fabric 20 may be printed on the logo, such as a specific logo, character, trademark, etc., in addition to the printing method may be formed in an intaglio or embossed to have a curved surface.
