Claims (8)
- 촉매, 액상의 탄화수소 용매 및 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀을 포함하는 액체 스트림에, 기포 형태를 갖는, 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀 및 불활성 기체를 포함하는 기체 스트림을 기포 진탕시킴으로써, 다상(고상, 액상, 기상의 삼상) 반응매질을 형성하고, 형성된 다상 반응매질 내에서, 상기 알파-올레핀을 폴리올레핀으로 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법은, (a) 상기 액체 스트림을 삼상 유동층 반응기의 반응구역(유동층)으로 공급하는 단계; (b) 상기 삼상 유동층 반응기의 하부로 상기 기체 스트림을 공급하는 단계; (c) 상기 기체 스트림을 상기 반응구역의 액체 스트림에 투입시켜, 다상(삼상) 반응매질을 형성하고, 상기 알파-올레핀을 폴리올레핀으로 중합하는 단계; 및 (d) 생성된 폴리올레핀 중합체를 삼상 유동층 반응기로부터 배출시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 삼상 유동층 반응기는 기체 분산판에 의하여 반응구역 및 반응기 하부로 구획되며, 상기 반응구역의 상부에는, 반응구역을 통과한 미반응 기체 스트림을 모으기 위한 분리구역을 포함하는 것인, 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 크롬(Cr) 촉매, 지글러-나타 촉매 및 메탈로센 촉매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이고, 상기 액상의 탄화수소 용매는 탄소수 2 내지 7의 액상 탄화수소이고, 상기 알파-올레핀은 CH2=CHR(여기서, R은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소 라디칼이다)로 표시되는 화합물이며, 상기 불활성 기체는 질소 및 탄소수 2 내지 6의 지방족 탄화수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 기체는, 질소, 에탄, 프로판 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알파-올레핀은, 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계와 (d) 단계 사이에, (e) 상기 반응구역 상부로부터 다상 반응매질의 일부를 배출 및 냉각시켜, 중합열을 제거한 다음, 상기 반응구역의 하부로 재순환시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것인 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다상 반응매질의 배출 및 재순환은 루프 반응기 구조에 의한 것인 알파-올레핀의 삼상중합 방법.
