The present invention relates to a mooring device using a strand jack when mooring a vessel's inner wall, and more specifically, by mooring using a strand jack as well as a nylon rope or wire rope that is commonly used when the vessel mooring the inner wall. However, the present invention relates to a ship mooring method capable of controlling the ship to be positioned at a more accurate position of the quay despite the fluctuation of a windy ship.
In general, when mooring a vessel on a quay, a method of mooring the vessel by connecting a nylon rope or a wire rope to the bit wall provided on the quay and a bollard provided on the vessel is common.
At this time, the nylon rope borrows the force of a manpower or forklift to connect between the bit and the bollard. The most important thing in this method is that the nylon rope of several strands receives a certain amount of tension and due to the fluctuation of the ship due to blue or wind It is important how much the ship is moving.
However, this type of mooring system makes it almost impossible to position the vessel accurately at the desired position and to finely control the swing of the vessel due to the flexibility of the nylon lofu.
Therefore, in the conventional mooring method, when several ships are moored at the same time at a narrow interval, a flaw may occur due to the fluctuation of the ship by the blue or the wind and the collision with the ship located next to it.
In addition, when the cargo is produced and transported on the ship by using a skidding or mobile modular to ship the vessel is difficult to work due to the shaking of the ship and there is a problem that it is difficult to ship in the correct position.
The present invention is created in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, by using a strand jack that can finely adjust the tension and length to the nylon rope used in the mooring of the vessel, by using the exact position of the vessel This can minimize the fluctuation of the ship during mooring of the ship, and also the risks caused by the fluctuation of the ship and the exact position of the ship when loading the cargo manufactured and transported on land using the modular ship. The purpose is to provide a mooring method for ships that can be shipped at the correct location under control.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mooring apparatus for mooring a vessel to a quay wall, wherein a structure such as a bollard or pad eye of a vessel and a nylon wall or wire rope are generally used when mooring a vessel to a quay wall. When connecting a bit-like structure, the strand jack is installed on the outermost rope so that the length of the rope can be adjusted to allow more stable and accurate mooring.
When described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the configuration and the operation of the embodiment of the present invention to achieve the object as described above and to perform the task for eliminating the conventional drawbacks.
Figure 1 shows a general view of the mooring of the ship using the strand jack of the present invention, Figure 2 shows a connection configuration of the strand jack of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, after connecting the bollards 8 installed at both ends of the ship and the bits 3 arranged in a row on the inner wall using
Meanwhile, a strand jack is installed on the sling wire 9 and the
The strand jack is composed of a hydro jack (4), strand wire (5), a fixed anchor (6) is connected by a sling wire (9), the hydro jack support (10) supporting the hydro jack (4) Equipped with a to lift or tow the super-heavy weight is commonly used in civil engineering, plants, marine industries.
By adjusting the tension force and the length of the strand jack to adjust the position of the vessel (1) the vessel (1) can be more in close contact with the fender (11), and this tightly fixed vessel is to minimize the fluctuation of the stable mooring can do.
On the other hand, when loading the vessel by using the skidding or moving modular to the cargo produced and transported onshore to the mooring vessel (1) as described above because the fluctuation of the vessel is minimized, the risk due to the shaking of the vessel is reduced .
In addition, if the position of the vessel is incorrectly moored, only the nylon rope with the strand jack is adjusted to moor the vessel to the correct position, thus enabling the safe shipment of the object.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described specific preferred embodiments, and various modifications can be made by any person having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention claimed in the claims. Of course, such changes will fall within the scope of the claims.
The effects of the present invention that can be expected by the configuration and action as described above are as follows.
When mooring the vessel's inner wall, the anchoring of the vessel is more reliably used to minimize the fluctuation of the ship caused by blue or wind, and when the cargo produced and transported on land is loaded on the vessel by using skidding or mobile modular It is a very useful invention that can safely ship the object because it eliminates the risk of agitation and the position of the ship can be precisely controlled by the adjustment of the strand jack.
