도 2는 본 발명에 따라 분할된 스테인리스 링의 일측 단부에 완충스프링이 결합된 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 스테인리스 링을 관 또는 밸브에 결합한 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 플랜지의 결합부분이 신축 및 이완되는 상태에 따라 스테인리스 링도 완충스프링에 의해 신축 및 이완되는 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (2)
- 관 또는 밸브를 복수개의 체결구로 연결하기 위하여 플랜지와 플랜지의 접착면에 패킹을 밀착시키고, 상기 각 플랜지의 단부면에는 단턱에 의해 형성된 충진부에 충진제를 패킹의 외주면에 충진시키고, 상기 충진부에는 내측 단부의 양측면에 경사지게 다각형을 형성하여 분할된 한 쌍의 스테인리스 링을 삽입하고, 상기 스테인리스 링의 양측으로 돌출된 돌출단부에 완충스프링을 장착한 체결구를 체결하여 관 또는 밸브의 신축에 대응하면서 스테인리스 링이 충진부에 삽입 및 인출시 충진제에 일정한 압력을 가해 접착면을 밀폐시켜서 누수를 방지할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충스프링이 형성된 스테인리스 링을 이용한 접합면의 누수 보강장치.
