Claims (7)
- 모로헤이야 20~30중량%, 야콘 10~15중량%, 케일 5~10중량%, 보리새싹 15~30중량%, 브로콜리 5~10중량%, 샐러리 5~10중량%, 서리태 1~6중량%, 시금치 5~10중량%, 신선초 2~8중량%, 당근 2~8중량% 및 호박 2~10중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 중금속 해독용 식물성 식품조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 원료의 함량비는 건조 분쇄 상태의 중량비인 중금속 해독용 식물성 식품조성물.
- a) 유기 재배한 모로헤이야, 야콘, 케일, 보리새싹, 브로콜리, 샐러리, 서리태, 시금치, 신선초, 당근 및 호박을 1~3 mm의 길이로 절단하는 단계;b) 절단된 a)의 각 원료를 5~30℃에서 서서히 건조하여 수분함수량이 8~25%가 되도록 저온 건조하는 단계;c) 저온 건조된 b)의 각 원료를 입도 10~200 mesh로 분쇄하는 단계; 및d) 분쇄된 c)의 원료를 혼합하여 혼합 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 중금속 해독용 식물성 식품조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, d)의 혼합 분쇄물을 두께 3~6mm, 직경 4~10mm 및 중량 300~ 1,200mg의 2중정 또는 3중정 정제 형태로 성형하는 단계를 더 포함하는 중금속 해독용 식물성 식품조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 식물성 식품조성물을 포함하는 건강기능식품.
- 제5항의 건강기능식품은 두께 3~6mm, 직경 4~10mm 및 중량 300~ 1,200mg의 2중정 또는 3중정 정제 형태로 성형된 것인 건강기능식품.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 제1항의 식물성 식품조성물을 2중량% 이상 함유하는 건강기능식품.
