Claims (6)
- 반도체 광증폭기;상기 광증폭기로 부터 방출된 광을 집광하는 광집광기;상기 광 집광기를 거친 광의 각 파장성분을 다른 방향으로 유도하는 회절 격자판; 및상기 유도된 각 파장성분의 광을 특정 파장만 다시 반도체 광증폭기로 되돌려 주기 위한 것으로, 데이터 디코더와 어드레스 디코더를 통해 전류를 인가하여 원하는 홀로그램 패턴을 형성하는 광-VLSI 프로세서를 구비하는 파장변환 레이저 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광 집광기로 되돌아 온 상기 특정 파장의 광은 상기 반도체 광증폭기를 거쳐 증폭되어 외부로 방출되기 위한 출력 포트를 더 구비하는 파장변환 레이저 시스템.
- 발광 다이오드;상기 발광다이오드로 부터 방출된 광을 집광하는 광집광기;상기 광 집광기를 거친 광의 각 파장성분을 다른 방향으로 유도하는 회절 격자판;상기 유도된 각 파장성분의 광을 특정 파장만 다시 상기 발광다이오드로 되돌려 주기 위한 것으로, 데이터 디코더와 어드레스 디코더를 통해 전류를 인가하여 원하는 홀로그램 패턴을 형성하는 광-VLSI 프로세서; 및상기 발광다이오드와 상기 광집광기 사이에 구비되며, 상기 광-VLSI 프로세서에서 되돌아 오는 광을 분리하는 광커플러를 구비하는 파장변환 레이저 시스템.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 광커플러는 입력 포트는 1개이고, 상기 입력 포트는 상기 광집광기에 연결되고,출력 포트는 2개이며, 상기 출력포트 1개에는 상기 발광 다이오드가 연결되고, 다른 한 개는 실제 출력부가 되는 파장변환 레이저 시스템.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드는 서로 다른 파장 영역을 갖는 발광다이오드가 복수개 연결된 구조인 파장변환 레이저 시스템.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 발광다이오드는 SLD(Super luminescent diode)인 파 장변환 레이저 시스템.
