- 수계 용매 내에서, 아연 전구체, 은 전구체, 인듐 전구체 및 소듐 디티오카바메이트(C5H10NNaS2)를 침전 반응시키는 단계; 및도데실 아민 용매 내에서, 상기 침전 반응 결과물을 열분해하여 생체 내 바이오 이미징 또는 약물 전달용 나노 복합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 나노 복합체는 Ag1-xInxS2(x는 0.1 내지 0.9이다.)를 함유한 코어; 및 상기 코어를 둘러싸고 있으며 ZnS를 함유한 쉘을 포함하고, 1 내지 30nm의 입자 크기를 가지며, 상기 Ag1-xInxS2 및 ZnS를 1 : 3 ~ 1 : 0.2의 몰비로 포함하는 나노 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 전구체, 은 전구체 및 인듐 전구체는 각각 아연, 은 또는 인듐의 질화물, 황화물 또는 아세트화물을 포함하는 나노 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 열분해는 160 내지 250℃에서 진행하는 나노 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 열분해에 의해 형성된 나노 복합체를, 티올기를 갖는 친수성 화합물로 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 나노 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 화합물 처리 단계는 pH 7~14 하에서 진행하는 나노 복합체의 제조 방법.
