Claims (4)
- 휘발성 유기화합물이나 악취오염원을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 동시 재생식 UV 또는 VIS-광촉매반응기 운전 중에;세척액탱크로부터 세척액을 세척액 스프레이로 UV 또는 VIS-광촉매반응기 내부의 흡수구간 상부에서 살수시켜서 비활성화된 광촉매를 세척하여 동시 재생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물이나 악취오염원을 함유한 대기나 폐가스의 처리방법
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 스프레이로 살수된 상기 세척액은 상기 동시 재생식 UV 또는 VIS-광촉매반응기 하부를 채우고, 세척액 개폐밸브를 조작하여 UV 또는 VIS-광촉매반응기 밑으로 빠져나가서 세척액 순환펌프에 의하여 세척액 탱크로 순환되는 세척액순환방법을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서 VIS-광원을 활용하는 상기 동시재생식 VIS-광촉매반응기의 외경은, 외부의 가시광선이나 태양광선이 VIS-광촉매반응기 내부로 도달하도록 투명한 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 방법
- 제 3항에 있어서 상기 투명한 재질은 투명한 유리 또는 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 방법
