Claims (3)
- 강판의 진행 경로를 따라 일정 간격 떨어져 여러 개의 허스롤이 배치된 소둔로에서 허스롤의 표면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 방법에 있어서,상기 강판의 진행 속도를 100mpm이라 할 때, 상기 강판의 진행 속도를 유지시키면서 상기 강판의 진행 경로를 따라 형성되는 가열대, 균열대, 환원대 및 냉각대에 배치되는 허스롤의 회전 속도를 97∼98mpm, 98∼99mpm, 99∼100mpm 및 100∼101mpm의 범위에 있도록 설정함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 허스롤 표면부 이물질 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허스롤은 각각 별도의 구동모터에 의해 회전되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 허스롤 표면부 이물질 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허스롤은 상기 가열대, 균열대, 환원대 및 냉각대에 배치된 것끼리 구동모터에 의해 동일한 속도로 회전되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 허스롤 표면부 이물질 제거방법.
