- 연료전지 시스템의 수소 재순환 블로워에 대한 회전수를 연료전지 제어기에서 모니터링하는 동시에 수소 재순환 블로워의 현재 회전수를 기준 회전수와 비교하는 제1단계와;상기 수소 재순환 블로워의 현재 회전수가 기준 회전수 이하이면 수소 재순환 블로워의 이상으로 판단하여 전원 차단으로 수소 재순환 블로워를 정지시킴과 함께 연료전지 사용 가능 전류를 연료전지 시스템 운전에 필요한 최소한의 전류값으로 제한하고, 운전자에게 수소 재순환 블로워의 이상을 알리는 경보를 제공하는 제2단계와;상기 수소 재순환 블로워의 정지 동작과 동시에 상기 연료전지 제어기에서 밸브 액츄에이터에 신호를 보내어, 수소공급배관과 수소 재순환 블로워간을 연결하는 수소 재순환 배관상의 제1솔레노이드 밸브를 닫힘으로 작동시키는 제3단계와;상기 수소 재순환 블로워의 정지 및 제1솔레노이드 밸브의 닫힘 상태에서 연료전지 스택이 데드 엔드 모드로 운전되되, 이 데드 엔드 모드로 운전되는 상태에서 연료전지 스택의 현재 전압과 정상 전압을 비교하여, 전압차가 클수록 연료전지 스택의 수소 출구측 배관에 설치되는 제2솔레노이드 밸브의 개폐주기를 짧게 제어하는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 수소 재순환 블로워 작동 제어 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 수소 재순환 배관내의 가스온도 및 연료전지 스택의 냉각수 출구온도를 모니터링 및 비교하는 단계가 더 진행되어, 상기 냉각수 출구온도가 더 크면, 상기 제2단계로 진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 수소 재순환 블로워 작동 제어 방법.
