Claims (15)
- 제 1 시간 응답을 갖는 제 1 종류의 발광 소자와 상기 제 1 시간 응답보다는 더 느린 제 2 시간 응답을 갖는 제 2 종류의 발광 소자를 적어도 구비하는 디스플레이 디바이스 상에서 디스플레이하기 위해 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 제1 종류의 발광 소자에 의해 디스플레이될 비디오 화상에 대응하는, 그리고 상기 제1 종류의 발광 소자로부터 빛으로서 방출되는, 미리결정된 에너지로 상기 제1 종류의 발광 소자를 하나의 프레임 동안 구동시키되,상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 제 1 부분으로 한 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시키고, 상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 제 2 부분으로 후속하는 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분의 합은 총 미리 결정된 에너지에 대응하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 종류의 발광 소자는 동일한 크기의 미리 결정된 에너지로 상기 한 프레임 기간에 구동되고, 그로 인해 동일한 에너지가 상기 한 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 종류의 발광 소자로부터 방출되는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스는 상기 제 2 시간 응답보다는 더 느린 제 3 시간 응답을 갖는 제 3 종류의 발광 소자를 더 포함하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널을 포함하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자는 청색 형광체 소자를 구비하고, 상기 제 2 종류의 발광 소자는 적색 형광체 소자를 구비하며, 상기 제 3 종류의 발광 소자는 녹색 형광체 소자를 구비하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 제 1 및 제 2 부분을 계산하는데 사용된 인자가 미리 결정되는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 나중의 프레임 기간에 디스플레이하기 위해 미리 결정된 에너지의 적어도 제 2 부분을, 한 프레임의 상기 제 1 종류의 모든 발광 소자를 위해 프레임 메모리(6)에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 시간 응답을 갖는 제 1 종류의 발광 소자와; 상기 제 1 시간 응답보다는 더 느린 제 2 시간 응답을 갖는 제 2 종류의 발광 소자와; 미리 결정된 에너지로 한 프레임 동안에 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시키기 위한 구동 수단을 적어도 구비하는 디스플레이 디바이스 상에서 디스플레이하기 위해 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스로서,미리결정된 에너지는 상기 제1 종류의 발광 소자에 의해 디스플레이될 비디오 화상에 대응하고 상기 제1 종류의 발광 소자로부터 빛으로서 방출되는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스에 있어서,상기 구동 수단은 상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 제 1 부분으로 한 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시킬 수 있으며, 상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 제 2 부분으로 후속하는 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 미리 결정된 에너지의 상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분의 합은 총 미리 결정된 에너지에 대응하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 동일한 크기의 상기 미리 결정된 에너지로 상기 한 프레임 기간에 상기 제 2 종류의 발광 소자를 구동시키기 위한 제어 수단(3 내지 6)을 포함하고, 그로 인해 동일한 에너지가 상기 한 프레임 기간에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 종류의 발광 소자로부터 방출되는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스는 상기 제 2 시간 응답보다는 더 느린 제 3 시간 응답을 갖는 제 3 종류의 발광 소자를 더 포함하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널을 포함하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 종류의 발광 소자는 청색 형광체 소자를 구비하고, 상기 제 2 종류의 발광 소자는 적색 형광체 소자를 구비하며, 상기 제 3 종류의 발광 소자는 녹색 형광체 소자를 구비하는, 비디오 화상을 처리하기 위한 디바이스.
