Claims (4)
- 구동축(110)과, 상기 구동축(110)의 회전을 지지하며 구동축(110)을 회전시키는 전동모터(130)가 내장된 메인하우징(120)과, 상기 구동축(110)과의 결합을 위한 축공(141a)이 중앙부에 형성된 바디(141)의 상하면에 다수개의 블레이드(142)가 구비된 것으로 이루어지며 구동축(110)의 일측 끝단에 설치되는 임펠러(140)와, 상기 임펠러(140)를 감싸도록 메인하우징(120)에 설치되며 임펠러(140)의 상하부 양방향에서 유체의 유입이 이루어지도록 상하부 양측에 입수구(151,152)가 형성되고, 측방에 토출구(153)가 형성된 보조하우징(150)을 구비하는 양흡입형 수중펌프에 있어서,상기 임펠러(140)의 바디(141)는 축공(141a)이 형성되어 구동축(110)과 결합되는 결합부(143)와, 임펠러(140)의 상하부에서 유입되는 유체를 임펠러(140)의 측방에 위치하는 토출구(153)로 안내할 수 있도록 결합부(143)의 외측에서 오목한 외면(144a,144b)을 형성하면서 중앙부가 외측방향으로 돌출되게 형성된 안내부(144)로 구성되며,외측방향으로 돌출되는 상기 안내부(144)의 끝단에는 임펠러(140)의 상하부에서 유입되는 두 수류가 충돌없이 나란하게 토출구(153)로 유동할 수 있도록 두 수류를 안내하는 수평한 직선형의 영역(145)이 형성되고, 상기 수평한 직선형의 영역(145)의 끝단에는 끝단부가 뾰족하게 형성된 삼각형 단면구조의 합류부(146)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입형 수중펌프.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조하우징(150)에는 임펠러(140)의 상단부와 하단부에 각각 위치하여 입수구(151,152)를 통해 보조하우징(150)으로 유입된 유체가 임펠러(140)로 상하부로 원활하게 흡입되어지도록 유도하는 벨마우스형의 흡입유도부(154)가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입형 수중펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동축(110)의 하단부는 슬리브 베어링(160)에 의하여 보조하우징(150)에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입형 수중펌프.
