Claims (9)
- 광원인 LED와 상기 LED가 적어도 하나 장착되어 있으며 모서리면에 돌출 형성된 제1 전원단자와 상기 모서리면에 요입 형성된 제2 전원단자를 갖는 다수 개의 PCB 조각 기판으로 이루어지며, 상기 각 PCB 조각 기판은 모서리면이 다른 PCB 조각 기판의 모서리면에 상호 연결되어 다각 입방면체를 형성하는 엘이디 발광체,상기 엘이디 발광체의 일측에 결합되어 있으며 상기 LED에서 발생되는 열을 외부로 방출하도록 중공을 갖는 수직기둥 형상으로 형성되고 상단부가 상기 적어도 하나의 PCB 기판에 접촉되어 있으며 측면으로 적어도 하나의 방열구멍이 형성되어 있는 히트파이프와 상기 히트파이프의 하부 둘레에 결합되어 있으며, 하부로 갈수록 직경이 점점 커지는 곡면 형상의 적어도 하나의 방열돌기가 형성되어 있는 제1 히트싱크부, 그리고 상기 제1 히트싱크부의 하부에 결합되어 있으며, 외측면에 세로로 적어도 하나의 방열돌기가 형성되어 있는 제2 히트싱크부를 포함하는 방열 몸체,상기 방열 몸체의 일측에 착탈 결합되어 상기 엘이디 발광체를 둘러싸고 있으며 상기 적어도 하나의 LED로부터 광을 확산시키는 광 확산제를 포함하는 확산 렌즈,상기 방열 몸체의 하단에 착탈 결합되어 상기 LED에 구동전원을 공급할 수 있도록 외부의 전원공급원과 나사식으로 고정 연결하는 소켓 베이스,상기 방열 몸체와 상기 소켓 베이스의 사이에 배치되어 상기 소켓 베이스를 통해 공급된 교류전류를 직류 정전압으로 정류하여 상기 엘이디 발광체에 공급하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이부, 그리고상기 방열 몸체의 내측에 구비되어 상기 소켓 베이스로 인입되는 전기가 상기 방열 몸체 및 상기 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이부로 흐르지 않도록 절연시키는 절연체를 포함하며,상기 제2 히트싱크부는 상부 내측에 체결홈이 형성되어 있으며 상기 확산 렌즈는 하단부에 단턱이 형성되어 상기 제2 히트싱크부의 체결홈과 상기 확산 렌즈의 단턱에 의해 착탈 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 다면체 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항에서,상기 LED는유색 LED인 전구형 다면체 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 LED는자외선 LED인 전구형 다면체 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항에서,상기 엘이디 발광체는정12면체 또는 정20면체인 전구형 다면체 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항에서,상기 엘이디 발광체는20개의 육각형 PCB 조각 기판과 12개의 오각형 PCB 기판 조각이 상호 원형으로 연결 부착된 32면체로 이루어지는 전구형 다면체 엘이디 램프.
