Claims (5)
- 연료분사구가 관통형성되는 연소모듈의 후단에 연결되는 연료노즐의 외부에 냉각공기가 이동하는 공간부가 형성되도록 감싸는 버너의 연료 냉각노즐에 있어서,상기 연소모듈에는 상기 연소분사구의 둘레에 연소용 공기를 분사하는 공기분사구가 형성되고,상기 냉각노즐의 공간부에는 연료노즐의 외부를 따라 냉각공기가 상기 연소모듈의 후단을 향해 이동하며 연료노즐을 냉각시키는 냉각공간과 상기 냉각공간을 통과한 냉각공기를 회수하기 위한 회수공간으로 분할하는 안내부와, 연소반응에 참가할 수 있는 연소용 공기를 상기 공기분사구로 공급하는 연소공기노즐이 구비되며,상기 냉각노즐의 후단에는 상기 냉각공간과 연통되는 냉각공기 투입부와, 상기 회수공간과 연통되는 냉각공기 배출부 및 상기 연소공기노즐과 연통되는 연소공기 투입부가 분할 형성되는 연결부재가 연결 설치되되,상기 안내부는 원통형상으로 이루어지며 그 단부는 상기 연소모듈과 일정 거리 이격되어 상기 냉각공간과 회수공간을 연통시키는 연통부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축열식 버너의 연료 냉각노즐.
