Claims (4)
- 역삼투 막 모듈 또는 나노여과 막 모듈을 이용하여 염수를 담수화하는 방법에 있어서,염수에 포함된 이물질 또는 부유물을 제거하는 전처리 단계와;상기 전처리단계에서 전처리된 염수에 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물을 첨가하여 상기 염수에 포함된 유/무기물과 상기 티타늄 화합물이 응집반응에 의해 응집체를 형성하는 응집체형성단계와;상기 응집체형성단계에서 형성된 응집체를 상등액과 분리하는 응집체분리단계와;상기 응집체분리단계에서 분리된 응집체를 소결하여 티타늄산화물을 회수하는 티타늄산화물회수단계와;상기 응집체분리단계에서 응집체를 분리하고 남은 상등액을 막 모듈을 통과시켜 탈염처리하는 탈염처리단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 응집제 처리공정을 이용한 담수화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈염처리단계에서 상기 상등액을 상기 막모듈에 통과시키기 전에 상기 티타늄산화물회수단계에서 회수된 티타늄산화물을 이용하여 반응조 내면에 광촉매코팅층을 형성시켜 상기 반응조에 상기 상등액을 통과시키면서 자외선 광을 조사하는 자외선광조사단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 응집제 처리공정을 이용한 담수화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 응집체형성단계의 티타늄 화합물은 티타늄 트리클로라이드, 티타늄 테트라클로라이드, 티타닐 설페이트, 티타늄 설페이트, 티타늄 옥시설페이트 및 티타늄 철 설페이트를 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 응집제 처리공정을 이용한 담수화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄산화물회수단계에서 소결은 500 내지 800℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 응집제 처리공정을 이용한 담수화 방법.
