Claims (4)
- 종,횡방향으로 각각 설치된 제1,2공급로울러에서 원재료를 상,하부로 분리하여 전방으로 공급하는 단계와;공급되는 원재료 중에 상부원재료를 한 쌍의 성형로울러가 회전하면서 일정한 피치로 절곡하는 단계와;절곡된 상부원재료와 편평하게 공급되는 하부원재료를 서로 밀착시켜 고온의 온도로 열융착시키는 단계와;열융착된 원재료 중에 상부원재료의 상측 모서리에 회전로울러가 회전하면서 접착제를 도포하는 단계와;접착제가 도포되어 종,횡방향으로 공급되는 원재료를 일정길이로 절단하는 단계와;종,횡방향에서 절단된 원재료를 컨베이어로 이송하여 지그에 일정높이 적층시키는 단계와;적층된 원재료의 상부에 원재료와 동일한 크기로 절단된 커버를 안착하여 전열부재를 제조하는 단계와;커버가 안착된 전열부재를 프레스의 내부에 삽입시킨 후 커버의 상부를 유압실린더로 가압하여 일정규격의 높이로 압착시키면서 전열부재의 상,하부에 설치된 고온히터의 열에 의해 전열부재를 접착시키는 단계와;접착된 전열부재를 전해조에 투입하여 전열부재의 표면에 알루미나(Al2O3)를 10~20μ으로 피막처리하는 단계와;피막처리된 전열부재의 상부 중앙에 운반 및 교체가 용이하도록 손잡이를 결합하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수용 전열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1공급로울러는 하부원재료를 공급하고 제2공급로울러는 상부원재료를 공급하며, 제1공급로울러는 제2공급로울러보다 낮게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수용 전열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2공급로울러에서 공급되는 원재료 중에 상부원재료는 'V'자 형이나 'U'자형으로 연속되게 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수용 전열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 에폭시(Epoxy), AL나노분말(AL Nanoparticle), 고형제를 70:20:10의 비율로 조합한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수용 전열교환기의 제조방법.
