Claims (5)
- 측정가스에 적외선을 투과시켜 상기 측정가스의 성분 및 농도를 검출하는 적외선 가스 검출장치에 있어서,4개의 판넬로 이루어져 중공부를 지니며, 대향되는 양판넬에는 적외선 입사홀과 적외선 방출홀이 각각 형성되고, 상기 적외선 입사홀과 적외선 방출홀의 내측 위치에는 각각 적외선을 직각으로 반사시키는 반사경이 설치되며, 양종단부에 개구부를 지닌 사각기둥형 흡수셀과;상기 흡수셀의 양종단 개구부를 폐쇄하는 홀더와, 상기 홀더의 재질과 동일한 재질로 구성되고 상기 홀더 상에 상기 적외선이 반사되는 반사곡면이 상기 중공부 내측을 향하여 형성되고 상기 홀더와 반사곡면이 일체로 형성된 반사미러를 포함하여 고온상태에서 가스성분 측정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가스 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡수셀의 적어도 하나의 판넬 상에는 상기 측정가스가 유입/유출되는 가스홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가스 검출장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 반사미러는 고온 강화유리로 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가스 검출장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 고온 강화유리는 파이렉스 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가스 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 반사미러는 상기 흡수셀을 중심으로 하는 구에 대응되는 곡률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가스 검출장치.
