Claims (2)
- 릴럭턴스 모터용 회전자 제조방법에 있어서;상기 회전자는 자속장벽이 있는 N극과 S극 2극으로 이루어지며, 방향성 전기강판으로 이루어지되,상기 2극 회전자의 자속 주경로 방향이 방향성 전기강판의 압연방향과 일치되게 하고,방향성 전기강판의 압연직각방향과 자속장벽의 중심 방향이 일치되게 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 자기이방특성을 이용한 릴럭턴스 모터용 회전자 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 회전자를 슬리팅된 루프에서 절단, 타발할 때 회전자의 자속 주경로 방향을 압연방향과 일치시킨 상태에서 행하도록 하고, 각 낱장을 적층시킬 때에도 회전없이 자속 주경로 방향이 동일하게 적층되도록 하여 축방향으로 쌓이도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 자기이방특성을 이용한 릴럭턴스 모터용 회전자 제조방법.
