- 원목, 합판, 엠디에프, 파티클 보드 중에서 선택하여 사용되는 판형의 중심재(11);발포 폴리스티렌 단위입자에 내화 피복제가 피복되어 난연성을 가지며, 그 표면은 미세한 굴곡이나 거친면으로 형성하여 부착력을 향상한 한쌍의 난연성 단열보드(12)(12′);상기 난연성 단열보드(12)(12')를 보호하고,전체적인 외형과 강도를 유지하기위하여 마그네슘보드, 석고보드, 시멘트보드, 강판 중에서 선택하여 사용되는 한쌍의 불연성보드(13)(13′);로 구성되고,이들은 판형의 중심재(11)를 중심에다 두고, 그 양면에 단열보드(12)(12′)가 각기 부착되고, 이 단열보드(12)(12′)의 바깥면으로 각각 불연성보드(13)(13′)가 순차 부착되어 단열패널(10)을 구성하여,이 단열패널(10) 표면에는, 세라믹코팅, 불소수지코팅, 불소세라믹코팅 중에서 선택된 코팅으로 형성된 코팅층이 형성되어,화재에 안전함을 특징으로 하는 시공이 용이한 단열패널.

- 건물 벽체, 바닥, 슬라브, 칸막이 공사와 같은 건물 시공 방법에 있어서,청구항 1에 해당하는 단열패널과, 이와 별도로 사각 스틸관이나 형강으로된 지지대(20),알루미늄 박막 단열재(40) 및 불연성 재질의 커버(50) 가 각각 구비도어,시공지에 지지대(20)를 상기 단열패널(10) 폭 내외의 간격으로 설치하는 지지대 설치 공정(S1);상기 설치된 지지대(20)에 지지되도록 단열패널(10)을 설치하되, 단열 패널과 지지대(20)에 맞대는 면에, 발포성 합성수지(30)를 도포하여 단열패널(10)을 고정하는 단열패널 설치 공정(S2);상기 지지대(20)와 단열패널로 발생한 공간에 단열재(40)를 설치하는 단열재 설치 공정(S3);상기 지지대(20) 양쪽으로 이웃하는 단열패널(10) 사이를 커버(50)를 덮어 고정부재(60)로 고정하는 커버 설치 공정(S4);상기 시공한 단열패널(10)과 커버(50) 표면을 마감하는 마감 공정(S5)으로 시공이 완료되어,화재에 안전하고 시공이 용이함을 특징으로 하는 단열패널을 이용한 건물 시공 방법.
