본 발명은 김 양식용 부죽대에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 간편한 결속 구조 및 부력을 향상시켜 작업 효율을 높일 수 있는 김 양식용 부죽대에 관한 것이다.
김망을 일정하게 유지되도록 하기 위해 부죽대와 김망을 결속해야 하는데 지금까지는 자연산 대나무를 일정한 길이로 절단하여 양끝에 구멍을 내서 그 구멍에 작은 로프를 끼우고 결속끈을 만든 다음 만들어진 결속끈에 다시 김망의 갓줄을 묶어서 사용하고 있다.

상기 캡의 재질은 수지로서 압출 성형으로 제작되며, 부죽대(7)에 일정 깊이로 삽입, 접착하여 부착한다. 상기 부죽대(7)의 재질은 FRP 또는 PE인 것이다.
상기 캡의 전장은 110-130mm정도이고, 상기 부죽대(7)의 직경은 30-35mm정도로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 캡의 모든 규격은 설치 환경에 따라 얼마든지 변형시킬 수 있다.
상기 캡은 상기 부죽대(7)의 양끝에 접착제를 사용하여 부착시키고, 김망의 갓줄을 캡의 착탈구(6)를 통하여 계류공(4)에 끼워 넣으면 착탈구(6)의 폭이 계류공(4)보다 좁기 때문에 한번 들어간 갓줄은 빠져 나오지 않으며, 캡의 재질이 신축성이 있는 수지로 되어 있고, 갓줄의 재질이 섬유 로프로 되어 있어서 작은 힘으로 쉽게 들어가지만 한번 들어가면 빠지질 않는다.
특히 김망의 폭보다 부죽대(7)의 길이를 더 길게 설치하기 때문에 안쪽으로 당겨지도록 되어 있어서 더욱 빠질 염려는 없다. 그리고 혹시라도 빠질 경우 상기 안전계류공(5)에 의해 2차적으로 계류되어 안전하다.
