- 삭제
- 절삭날에 있어서의 칩 또는 치핑의 발생을 방지하는 가공이 행하여진 고속도 공구강제 기어 절삭공구를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 고속도 공구강으로 구성되고, 또한 최종의 기어 절삭공구 형상에 대응한 형상으로 조가공된 공구소재에, 담금질처리를 행하여 공구소재의 조직을 마르텐사이트화 하는 공정,상기 담금질처리 후의 공구소재에, -150℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각유지하는 서브제로처리를 행하여, 상기 담금질처리로 형성된 마르텐사이트화 조직의 기재 중에 분산분포하는 잔류 오스테나이트의 마르텐사이트화를 도모함으로써, 상기 잔류 오스테나이트의 양을 5중량% 이하로 저감하는 공정,상기 서브제로처리 후의 상기 공구소재에 탬퍼링처리를 행하여, 상기 서브제로처리 후의 마르텐사이트화 조직의 기재 중에 분산분포하는 잔류 오스테나이트를 마르텐사이트화 하여, 탬퍼링처리 후의 공구소재의 조직을, 고속기어절삭가공시에 치핑의 기점으로 되는 잔류 오스테나이트가 마르텐사이트의 기재 중에 존재하지 않는 조직으로 하는 공정, 및템퍼링처리후의 상기 공구소재를 최종형상으로 다듬질가공하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강제 기어 절삭공구의 제조방법.
- 절삭날에 있어서의 칩 또는 치핑의 발생을 방지하는 가공이 행하여진 고속도 공구강제 기어 절삭공구로서, 고속도 공구강제 기체의 표면에, 2㎛∼15㎛의 전체 평균 층두께로 물리증착한 경질피복을, 평균 층두께가 각각 0.005㎛∼0.2㎛인 제 1박층과 제 2박층을 적층함으로써 형성하고,상기 제 1박층을,조성식: [Ti1-XAlX]N 및조성식: [Ti1-XAlX]C1-mNm으로 표현한 경우, 두께방향 중앙부의 오제분광분석장치를 이용한 측정에 의한 원자비가, X:0.30∼0.70, m:0.6∼0.99를 만족시키는 (Ti, Al)N층 및 (Ti, Al)CN층 중 어느 하나, 또는 양쪽으로 구성하고,상기 제 2박층을,조성식: [Ti1-(X+Y)AlXTaY]N 및조성식: [Ti1-(X+Y)AlXTaY]C1-mNm으로 표현한 경우, 두께방향 중앙부의 상기 오제분광분석장치를 이용한 측정에 의한 원자비가, X:0.30∼0.70, Y:0.01∼0.35, m:0.6∼0.99를 만족시키는 (Ti, Al, Ta)N층 및 (Ti, Al, Ta)CN층 중 어느 하나, 또는, 양쪽으로 구성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강제 기어 절삭공구.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 서브제로처리에 있어서, 상기 담금질처리 후의 공구소재를 1~10℃/분의 범위 내인 소정의 냉각속도로 -150~-200℃의 범위 내인 소정의 온도로 냉각하고, 상기 온도에서 1~5시간의 범위 내로 소정시간 유지한 후, 1~10℃/분의 범위 내인 소정의 승온속도로 승온하는, 고속도 공구강제 기어 절삭공구의 제조방법.
