Claims (3)
- 내부에 물을 저장하는 저수탱크(110);상기 저수탱크(110)의 물을 가열하도록 상기 저수탱크(110) 일측에 설치되는 가열수단(120);상기 저수탱크(110)의 물이 설정온도에 도달하면 상기 가열수단(120)에 공급되는 전원이 차단되도록, 일단부는 상기 저수탱크(110) 내부로 삽입되고 타단부는 상기 저수탱크(110) 밖으로 노출되어 상기 저수탱크(110)의 물이 설정온도로 가열되었을 때 일단부에서 타단부 쪽으로 열전도가 일어나는 히트파이프부(130);상기 히트파이프부(130)의 타단부에 설치되어 상기 히트파이프부(130)로부터 전달된 열에 의하여 상기 가열수단(120)에 공급되는 전원이 차단되도록 하는 바이메탈부(140);를 포함하여 이루어지는 히트파이프를 이용한 정수기의 가열제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프부(130)는,내부가 진공상태를 이루는 관 형태의 하우징(131)과, 상기 하우징(131) 내에 채워지는 작동유체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용한 정수기의 가열제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저수탱크(110) 물의 설정온도는 상기 하우징(131) 내에 채워진 작동유체의 비점과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용한 정 수기의 가열제어장치.
