Description
Claims (5)
- 다수의 단위 화소가 형성된 표시영역 및 상기 표시영역의 주변에 형성된 주변영역으로 이루어진 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 다수의 단위 화소를 구동하기 위한 제1 신호를 상기 표시영역으로 제공하는 신호배선; 및상기 주변영역에서 절연층을 사이에 두고 상기 신호배선과 마주보고, 상기 제1 신호의 정상 범위를 벗어난 제2 신호를 방전시키기 위한 방전배선을 포함하는 어레이 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전배선은 상기 제2 신호의 진행 방향에서 상기 신호배선들과 최초로 교차되도록 배치되고,상기 방전배선은 상기 제2 신호에 의해서 상기 신호배선과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제2 신호를 방전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.
- 다수의 단위 화소가 형성된 표시영역 및 상기 표시영역의 주변에 형성된 주변영역으로 이루어진 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 다수의 단위 화소를 구동하기 위한 제1 신호를 상기 표시영역으로 제공하는 다수의 신호배선; 및상기 주변영역에서 절연층을 사이에 두고 상기 신호배선들 각각에 대응하여 형성되고, 상기 제1 신호의 정상 범위를 벗어난 제2 신호를 방전시키기 위한 다수의 방전배선을 포함하는 어레이 기판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방전배선들 각각은 서로 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 절연 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.
- 다수의 단위 화소가 형성된 표시영역 및 상기 표시영역의 주변에 형성된 주변영역으로 이루어진 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 다수의 단위 화소를 구동하기 위한 제1 신호를 상기 표시영역으로 제공하기 위한 다수의 신호배선 및 상기 주변영역에서 절연층을 사이에 두고 상기 신호배선들과 마주보고 상기 제1 신호의 정상 범위를 벗어난 제2 신호를 방전시키기 위한 방전배선을 구비하는 어레이 기판;상기 어레이 기판과 마주보는 컬러필터기판; 및상기 어레이 기판과 상기 컬러필터기판과의 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
