BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a cell state inspection apparatus of a flat-panel display, and more particularly, to inspect and display each brightness of a plurality of pixels formed in the flat-panel display so that the inspector can display the plurality of pixels. The present invention relates to a device for inspecting whether or not the screen is defective.
Conventionally, after completion of a thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) cell process, an inspector lights a back light of a corresponding panel and visually looks directly at each pixel of the panel. The panel was judged good or bad.
Therefore, when the inspector clearly shows pixel defects or predecessors, the inspector can easily judge the good or bad of the panel, whereas the inspector can visually determine whether the panel is defective due to mura or mura. It is difficult to judge.
As described above, in the conventional technology, since the inspector cannot accurately determine whether the panel is defective due to the stains appearing according to the characteristics of the panel, the processing of the specific panel is often wrong.
In addition, even when the inspector visually checks the bad pixels on the panel, it is cumbersome to manually find the bad pixel positions and repair the bad pixels.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and the present invention checks the brightness of a plurality of pixels formed in the flat display device and displays them on the screen so that the inspector can check whether the plurality of pixels are defective through the screen. Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a schematic view showing an embodiment of a pixel state inspection apparatus of a flat panel display device according to the present invention, including a
First, a DC voltage is applied to the
물론, PDP(plasma display panel, 플라스마 표시 패널) 셀이 형성된 평면표시장치도 검사 대상이 될 수 있음은 물론이다.Next, the
When the environment for inspecting the pixel state of the flat
The first and second
The first and second capacitors C1 and C2 accumulate electric charges provided from the first and second
In the first and second TFTs Q1 and Q2, drains are respectively connected to the first and second
The
The display unit 26 receives an image processed signal provided from the
The technical spirit of the present invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but this is by way of example only and not intended to limit the present invention. In addition, it is obvious that any person skilled in the art can make various modifications and imitations without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
As described above, the present invention checks each brightness of a plurality of pixels formed in the flat panel display device and displays them on the screen so that the inspector can check whether the plurality of pixels are defective through the screen.
As described above, the present invention detects each brightness of each pixel formed in the flat panel display device by using a photoconductive layer which is sensitively conductive according to the brightness of the light, and displays the image by processing it on the screen.
Therefore, it is possible to easily detect the pixel defects and line defects of the flat display device as well as minute pixel defects such as low luminance point and low flicker point, and unevenness easily, thereby preventing the defective flat display device from leaking to a subsequent process such as module assembly. This can reduce the cost of assembling defective products and increase the quality index of the end consumer.
In addition, the
