Claims (13)
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 전압차로 구동하는 액정층;상기 액정층으로 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제 1 트렌지스터;상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 형성되어 상기 액정층에 인가되는 전압을 유지시키는 유지 커패시터; 및상기 제 1 트렌지스터가 상기 액정층으로 데이터 신호를 인가하지 않는 구간에는 상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 도통시켜 전기적으로 중성을 만드는 보정부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보정부는제어신호에 따라 상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 도통시키는 제 2 트렌지스터를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정의 제 1 전극은 공통전극과 연결되고, 제 2 전극은 제 1 트렌지스 터와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서상기 제 2 전극에는 상기 공통전극에 인가되는 공통전압과 반전하는 데이터 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 전압차로 액정층을 구동하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동방법에 있어서,상기 액정층으로 데이터 신호를 인가하여 영상을 표시하는 디스플레이 단계; 및상기 액정층으로 상기 데이터 신호를 인가하지 않는 구간에서는 상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 도통시켜 전기적으로 중성을 만드는 보정 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 단계는 상기 제 1 전극으로 공통전압을 인가하고, 제 2 전극으로 데이터 전압를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서상기 제 2 전극에는 상기 공통전압과 반전하는 데이터 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 1 전극이 형성된 상판;제 2 전극이 형성된 하판;상기 상판과 하판 사이에 형성되어 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 전압차에 의해구동되는 액정층;상기 상판과 하판 사이에 형성되어 상기 제 2 전극에 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제 1 트렌지스터; 및상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 도통시켜 전기적으로 중성을 만드는 제 2 트렌지스터를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 트렌지스터 및 제 2 트렌지스터 중 적어도 하나는 박막트렌지스터(TFT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극에는 상기 제 1 전극에 인가되는 전압과 반전하는 데이터 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 상판과 하판 사이에는 상기 액정층의 전압을 유지시켜 주는 유지 커패시터가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 트렌지스터는 상기 제 1 트렌지스터 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
