Claims (9)
- 발광 소자를 구동하는데 이용되는 액정 디스플레이의 구동 회로로서,드레인, 게이트, 소스를 가지며, 상기 게이트가 스캔 전극에 접속되어 스캔 신호를 수신하고, 상기 드레인이 데이터 전극에 접속되어 데이터 신호를 수신하는 트랜지스터;2개의 단자를 가지며, 일 단자는 상기 소스에 접속되고, 다른 단자는 접지에 접속되는 커패시터;상기 커패시터의 단자에 접속되고, 제어 신호에 의해 제어되는 동기화 구동 소자; 및2개의 단자를 가지며, 일 단자는 접지에 접속되고, 다른 단자는 상기 동기화 구동 소자 및 상기 발광 소자에 접속되는 홀드 커패시터를 포함하며,상기 스캔 신호는 상기 트랜지스터를 제어하고 인에이블하여 상기 커패시터내에 상기 데이터 신호를 일시 저장하며, 상기 동기화 구동 소자가 인에이블된 이후에, 상기 데이터 신호가 상기 동기화 구동 소자를 통해 상기 홀드 커패시터에 전송되어 상기 발광 소자를 구동하는, 구동 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 발광 다이오드인, 구동 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터는 박막 트랜지스터인, 구동 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 동기화 구동 소자는 박막 트랜지스터인, 구동 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 구동 회로는 방전 트랜지스터를 더 포함하며, 상기 방전 트랜지스터의 드레인은 상기 동기화 구동 소자에 접속되고, 상기 방전 트랜지스터의 소스는 접지에 접속되고, 상기 방전 트랜지스터의 게이트는 상기 방전 트랜지스터를 제어하기 위하여 상기 동기화 구동 소자가 인에이블되기 이전에 방전 신호를 출력하는 방전 회로에 접속되는, 구동 회로.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 방전 트랜지스터는 박막 트랜지스터인, 구동 회로.
- 복수개의 디스플레이 유닛을 갖는 액정 디스플레이를 구동하는 방법으로서,각각의 디스플레이 유닛내의 트랜지스터에 일 주기의 스캔 신호를 전송하고, 상기 트랜지스터를 ON으로 하는 단계;인에이블된 상기 트랜지스터에 따른 각각의 디스플레이 유닛내의 커패시터내에 일 프레임의 데이터 신호를 저장하는 단계; 및상기 커패시터내에 저장된 일 프레임의 데이터를 각각의 상기 디스플레이 유닛내의 발광 소자에 동기화 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 동기화 전송 단계에서, 일 프레임의 데이터는 상기 발광 소자에서 이용되도록 각각의 디스플레이 유닛의 홀드 커패시터에 일시 저장되는, 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 동기화 전송 단계 이전에, 각각의 상기 디스플레이 유닛내의 상기 홀드 커패시터를 미리 방전하는 방전 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
