Description
도1b는 본 발명에 따른 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치 내통의 외형도.
도1c는 도1a의 A-A선 단면도.
도2b는 본 발명에 따른 전류리드 냉각 및 고정 장치 외통의 외형도.

30 : 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치
상기 냉각 및 고정장치 외통(20)은 내면(20-1)에 나사식으로 삽입되어 결합할 수 있도록 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100a)을 형성하고 외통의 몸체 외주면에 내측볼트결합부(11a)를 형성한다.
상기 냉각 및 고정장치 내통(10)은 극저온 표면에 결합되어 열전달에 의해 극저온으로 냉각되면서, 그 외주면(10-1)에 형성된 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100)에 두개의 전류리드가 감겨져 열전달을 통해 전류리드가 냉각이 된다.
Claims (3)
- 알루미늄 재질로 가공되어 2개로 분리되며 그 형상은 "" 와 같은 반원형상으로 각각 냉각 및 고정장치 내통(10)과 냉각 및 고정장치 외통(20)으로 형성하고, 상기 냉각 및 고정장치 내통(10)의 외주면(10-1)에는 전류리드(80)가 감겨질 수 있도록 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100)을 형성하고, 상기 내통의 양측에는 외측볼트결합부(11)를 돌출되게 형성하였으며, 상기 냉각 및 고정장치 외통(20)의 내면(20-1)에는 전류리드 전류리드를 감은 내통(10)을 나사식으로 삽입하여 결합할 수 있도록 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100a)을 형성하고 외주면에는 볼트로 결합할 수 있도록 내측볼트결합부(11a)를 형성하여. 상기 냉각 및 고정 장치 내통과 외통을 서로 결합고정하여 냉각 및 고정장치(30)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기의 전류리드 냉각 및 고정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치(30)는 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치 내통(10)의 외주면(10-1)과 외통(20)의 내면(20-1)에 각각 형성된 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100)(100a)에 전류리드가 감겨 전도 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기의 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각 및 고정장치 내통(10)의 외주면(10-1)에 형성된 스파이럴 형상의 홈(100)에 감겨진 전류리드(80)를 외통(20)에 나사식으로 삽입 결합하여 전도 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기의 전류리드 냉각 및 고정장치.
