Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (A) 고무변성 스티렌계 공중합체 수지 5∼40 중량부;(B) 폴리카보네이트 수지 30∼90 중량부; 및(C) (c1) 준결정성 폴리에스테르 0.01∼99 중량% 및 (c2) 비결정성 폴리에스테르 1∼99.99중량%로 배합되는 폴리에스테르 수지 1∼60 중량부;로 이루어지는 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여,(D) 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물 5∼30 중량부를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 스티렌계 공중합체 수지(A)는 (a1) 스티렌계 고무변성 그라프트 공중합체 수지 20∼100 중량부와 (a2) 스티렌계 공중합체 수지 0∼80 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 고무변성 그라프트 공중합체 수지(a1)는 고무상 중합체 10∼60 중량부, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 20∼80 중량부, 및 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체 5∼45 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 스티렌계 공중합체 수지(a2)는 방향족 비닐계 단량체 50∼95 중량부에 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체 5∼50 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고무상 중합체는 디엔계 고무, 디엔계 고무에 수소를 첨가한 포화고무, 이소플렌 고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 아크릴계 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔단량체 삼원공중합체(EPDM), 및 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고,상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 핵치환스티렌, 및 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트, N-치환말레이미드, 무수말레인산, 및 이들 의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 스티렌계 수지(A)는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체수지(ABS), 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-아크릴고무 공중합체수지(ASA), 아크릴로니트릴-에틸렌프로필렌고무-스티렌 공중합체수지(AES), 및 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(C)는 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리알킬렌나프탈레이트로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(C)는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리시클로헥산테레프탈레이트(PCT), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적하방지제, 충격보강제, 산화방지제, 가소제, 열안정제, 광안정제, 상용화제, 안료, 염료, 무기물 첨가제, 또는 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물을 더 첨가하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물로 제조된 성형물.
