Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터 재질의 실을 직조하여 직물지(110)를 마련하는 단계(S1),안료 0.1중량%와, 지당 0.3중량%와, 자외선차단제 0.2중량%와, 안정제 1중량%와, 난연제 2.5중량%와, 인슐래드(Insuladd) 재질의 단열재 5.3∼9.3중량%와, PVC 47.6∼51.6중량%와, 가소제 29중량% 및 보강제 10중량%의 배합비로 이루어진 타포린 조성물을 균일하게 혼합하는 단계(S2),혼합된 타포린 조성물을 필름성형기(120)를 통해 겔(Gel)상태로 혼련,용융하여 판상의 단열필름(130)으로 압출하는 단계(S3) 및직물지(110)의 양면에 단열필름(130)을 위치시킨 후, 라미네이터(140)를 통해 198∼210℃의 온도와, 17∼18m/min의 인출속도로 가압, 인출하여 직물지(110)와 단열필름(130)을 접합하는 단계(S4)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 인슐래드를 이용한 타포린의 제조방법
- 폴리에스터 재질의 실을 직조된 직물지(110)의 양면에 안료 0.1중량%와, 지당 0.3중량%와, 자외선차단제 0.2중량%와, 안정제 1중량%와, 난연제 2.5중량%와, 인슐래드(Insuladd) 재질의 단열재 5.3∼9.3중량%와, PVC 47.6∼51,6중량%와, 가소제 29중량% 및 보강제 10중량%의 배합비를 갖는 판상의 단열필름(130)이 적층되며, 서로 적층된 직물지(110)와 단열필름(130)을 라미네이터(140)를 통해 198∼210℃의 온도와, 17∼18m/min의 인출속도로 접합하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인슐래드를 이용한 타포린.
