Claims (7)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터가 순차적으로 권취되는 전극조립체와,상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔과,상기 캔의 상단개구부를 밀봉하는 캡플레이트와 상기 캡플레이트에 형성된 단자통공에 가스켓이 개재된 상태로 삽입되는 전극단자를 포함하는 캡조립체를 구비하는 베어셀; 및상기 베어셀의 상부에 성형수지인 수지몰딩부에 의해 결합되는 보호회로기판;을 포함하고,상기 캡조립체의 가스켓에는 상기 수지몰딩부를 베어셀과 결합시키기 위한 스토퍼가 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는 상기 가스켓에서 상기 캡플레이트와 평행하게 연장형성되는 수평부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수평부는 상기 가스켓의 상단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는 상기 수평부의 단부에서 수직으로 형성되는 수직부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스켓은 수지몰딩부와 접촉되는 접촉면에 성형수지가 충진되는 복수의 요부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는 상기 수지몰딩부와 접촉되는 접촉면에 하단에서 상단으로 갈수록 폭이 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는 계단 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
