Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 전극조립체; 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔; 및 상기 캔의 개방된 상부와 결합되는 캡플레이트를 구비한 캡조립체를 포함하여 이루어진 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캔의 넓은 측면에 벤트가 형성되며, 상기 캡플레이트 또는 상기 캔의 바닥면 또는 상기 캔의 좁은 측면에 주변의 다른 부분보다 두께가 얇은 벤트변형촉진부가 형성되되,상기 벤트는 상기 캔의 넓은 측면의 네 귀퉁이부분 중 상기 벤트변형촉진부에 가장 가까운 귀퉁이부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 벤트는 상기 캔의 넓은 측면의 대각선 방향을 가로지르도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 벤트는 한 변이 열린 오각형이거나 원형 개루프인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 벤트는 상기 캔이 내압에 의해 변형될 때 상기 귀퉁이부분에 생기는 주름과 일치하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 벤트는 ㄱ-형, ㄴ-형, Γ-형 또는 ┛-형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벤트는 함몰된 노치(notch) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
