Abstract

A method for manufacturing a separation type porous plug is provided to extend an exchange period of the porous plug by individually exchanging a damaged porous plug rather than both porous plugs installed in a ladle. A method for manufacturing a separation type porous plug comprises the step of forming a middle wall at an installation place of a twin porous plug that is formed on the bottom of a ladle. Single porous plugs(10,10') are separately installed in an individual space formed at two sides of the middle wall such that the single porous plugs are individually exchanged when one of the single porous plugs is damaged.

Description of the symbols for the main parts of the drawings>

A: Ladle 10: Single type plug plug 20: Twin type plug plug

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a detachable porous plug, and more particularly, even if one of the two plugs is damaged, only the damaged one of the damaged plugs is replaced by the replacement of the damaged one. It is not only to prevent cost savings due to the reduced number of uses, but also to prolong the replacement cycle of the pole plug.

In general, the molten steel that has undergone the blowing process is sent to the next process by performing a bubbling operation for removing impurities and temperature control of the molten steel in the casting ladle (A), this bubbling operation is ladle as shown in FIG. (A) The argon gas, which is a ball active gas, is blown through the bottom of the porous plug 20, and in a typical operation, the porous plug is adsorbed from about 20 times of use, and the worker is shown in FIG. As described above, the operation of removing the oxygen is performed. In the conventionally applied ladle (A) bottom, an integral twin-type fork plug 20 is installed, and the replacement cycle of the fork plug is repeated because the entire plug must be replaced even if one of the two fork plugs is damaged. Not only was it shortened, there was a problem that the cost increased as the number of use of the forrus plug increased.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and in particular, even if one of the two plugs is damaged, the number of used plugs is reduced by individually replacing only one damaged plug without having to replace the entire plug. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of constructing a detachable porous plug which can prevent the cost reduction due to the expansion and extend the replacement cycle of the porous plug.

A feature of the present invention for achieving the above object is to form a central wall at the installation position of a conventional twin porous plug (uniformally manufactured twin porous plug) and a single type of porous plug on both sides of the central wall After forming the individual space that can be fastened, it is a method of constructing a separate porous plug, characterized in that to install a single porous plug (Single porous plug) separately in each of the formed individual space.

The detachable porous plug according to the above-described aspect of the present invention may be configured such that only one damaged porous plug can be individually replaced even if one of the two porous plugs is damaged.

The objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood by reference to the accompanying drawings and the following detailed description.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the configuration and effect of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Figure 3 is a process diagram showing the damage process of the conventional twin-type porous plug made of a one-piece, Figure 4 is an embodiment showing a method of replacing the conventional twin-shaped porous plug made of a one-piece, twin-type manufactured The state and method of exchanging the whole twin-type plug-in plug 20, which is integrally manufactured due to the damaged state of one plug-in plug of the plug plug 20 is shown. In other words, the twin-type porous plug 20 made of a conventional monolithic plug is mounted on the bottom of the ladle (A) because two porous plugs are manufactured integrally, so that the remaining usable plug can be replaced even if only one plug is damaged. As a result, not only the waste of the forus plug but also the replacement cycle is shortened, resulting in problems such as cost increase and production decrease.

That is, the porous plugs 10 and 10 'of the present invention form the central wall at the installation position of the twin type porous plug 20 in the bottom of the ladle A. After forming the individual space to which the single-type porous plugs 10 and 10 'can be fastened based on the center wall, the single-type porous plugs 10 and 10' are individually installed in each individual space formed. If only one porous plug 10 is damaged, only one damaged porous plug 10 can be replaced and the remaining usable porous plug 10 'can be used as it is, thereby preventing waste of the porous plug. And shorten the replacement cycle can have advantages such as cost reduction and production increase.

The porous plugs 10 and 10 'are made of a single type, and only one of the damaged plugs 10 is damaged even if one of the two plugs 10 or 10' is damaged. It may be possible to configure the exchange.

In addition to the present invention, the construction method of the detachable forus plug can be variously modified, and the embodiments to be modified should be interpreted as being included in the scope of the present invention, all without departing from the scope of the present invention.

According to the present invention, even if one of the two plugs is damaged, by replacing only one of the damaged plugs without having to replace the entire plug, it is possible to prevent cost savings due to the reduction in the number of use of the plugs In addition, it is possible to obtain an advantage such that the exchange period of the forrus plug can be extended.
