Abstract

A connector is provided to increase coupling force with a waterproof property by engaging a closing unit with a projection part. A connector comprises the followings: a female type housing(10) and a male type housing(20) having each terminal; terminals for connecting the female type housing and the male type housing; an accepting space for accepting a part of the male type housing in the female type housing; a closing unit(12) for blocking water when the accepting space and the male type housing are connected to each other; and a projection part(21) for engaging the closing unit in an end part of the male type housing.
