Claims (15)
- 현탁중합을 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자와 탄소체를 유기 단량체로 캡슐화하여 제조된 개질 탄소체를 압출시키고, 여기에 발포제를 함침시켜 고발포성 폴리스티렌 입자를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감 및 단열성이 우수한 고발포성 폴리스티렌 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소체는 천연 흑연, 팽창 흑연 또는 카본블랙이며, 현탁중합을 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 ~ 20.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 단량체는 스티렌 단량체, 무수말레인산 단량체, 아크릴산 단량체 및 메타크릴산 단량체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개질 탄소체의 1차 입도는 6.0 ~ 11.0 ㎛이고, 캡슐의 두께는 1.0 ~ 7.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개질 탄소체는 유기 단량체 100 중량부에 대하여 탄소체 50 ~ 800 중량부, 고분자 분산제 0.1 ~ 10.0 중량부 및 개시제인 과황산칼륨 0.5 ~ 2.0 중량부를 넣고, 50 ~ 90 ℃에서 7 ~ 12시간동안 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 현탁중합으로 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자는 중량 평균 분자량이 28만 ~ 40만인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개질 탄소체의 평균 크기가 1.0 ~ 90.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출 시 사용되는 난연제로는 브롬계 또는 인계 난연제이며, 현탁중합을 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출 시 사용되는 난연 보조제는 삼산화안티몬이며, 현탁중합을 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.3 ~ 3.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출 시 사용되는 분산 안정제는 파라핀 오일, 실리콘 오일 또는 미네랄 오일이며, 현탁중합을 통해 얻어진 폴리스티렌 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출은 150 ~ 220 ℃의 압출 온도와 160 ~ 250 ℃의 다이 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 탄소수가 4 ~ 10 개인 알칸 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로, 압출하여 제조된 폴리스티렌 펠릿 총 중량 100 중량부 기준 3.0 ~ 10.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포제 함침 시 100 내지 130 ℃에서 3 내지 6 시간 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고발포성 폴리스티렌 입자는 중량 평균 분자량이 25만 ~ 32만인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 14 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 고발포성 폴리스티렌 입자.
