Abstract

A manufacturing method of induction heating type cookware is provided to reduce cost for material and weight of the cookware by molding an aluminum plate into thin except the bottom, then pressing thermal conductive plates on the bottom, finally molding a thin lateral part to be straight or curved. A manufacturing method of induction heating type cookware comprises the steps of drawing an aluminum plate and then cutting the aluminum plate undergone the drawing process to obtain a first mold, molding a lateral wall of the first mold to be thin to obtain a second mold(4), pressing thermal conductive plates(6) on the lower part of a bottom(4b) of the second mold to obtain a third mold, and molding a lateral part(4a) of the third mold to obtain a fourth mold which is a final product.
