A joint assembling device of split belts is composed of an extruder(2) extruding a rubber sheet(1); a rubber sheet transfer conveyor belt(5) conveying the rubber sheet extruded from the extruder, through a guide roll(3) and a first loop unit(4); a splitter(8) splitting a first belt(7) supplied from a belt let-off(6) into two; a joint assembling unit(9) bonding the first belts split into two and the rubber sheet; and a winder(10) bonding the first belts split into two, by the rubber sheet and then loading the split belts. The joint assembling unit comprises a lead-in unit(13) having a masroll and a side guide magnet unit for guiding the first split belts; a guide unit transferring and guiding the rubber sheet; an operating piece having a bonding press roll for joining the first split belts passing through the lead-in unit and the rubber sheet passing through the guide unit; and a drawing unit(19) of a timing conveyor belt(18) having a magnetic bottom side for keeping accuracy of the first belts joined by the rubber sheet.
